{ SOPHIA'S POV}

 I WOKE UP the next day, to my alarm clock screaming. I quickly rolled over in bed and turned it off quickly. I slam my head into my pillow trying to block the sunshine shining in from my windows. After a bit, I finally get out of bed. I grab a quick jacket, throw it on myself and walk downstairs. I'm greeted by the sight of Jeremiah doing something in the kitchen & Steven watching him, while Laurel is typing something of her laptop and Conrad's hungover laying on the couch. I sit down on a kitchen stool, next to Laurel.

"Do we really have to physically sit for our portraits?" He starts. shit, I forgot that we have to do that I think to myself. "Can't she just, like, look at a picture on her phone or something?" He says as Steven gets closer to him.

"Okay, get out." Jeremiah says laughing.

"What, Why?" Steven says laughing and slowly retreating back.

"She needs to see you in the flesh in order to capture your essence." Laurel says, her eyes not looking up from what she was typing on her screen. "While you're still young and full of hope." We all laugh. "Her words." She states looking up at Jeremiah and Steven.

"Well, Conrad does not have hope, actually. He's hopeless," Jeremiah adds "but my hangover smoothie... it cures all."

"Can you please just hurry up?" Conrad shouts from the couch.

"Just go back to bed, all right?" Jeremiah says shutting him up.

"It's your fault you drank so much you know.." I say while walking over to the fridge for a glass of lemonade.

"Shut up." He shouts back, I laugh a little but don't respond.

As Steven gets closer to Jeremiah's excellent egg skills, "All right, seriously, Steven, get out." He says turning around and putting his hand up.
