"Toru fuck off." I say, flicking the air in her direction.

I've had a bed-day, my muscles too sore from mine and Kirishima's workout yesterday to do anything productive. I mainly binge-watched my favorite TV show, forcing Akio to make me lunch through the satisfying art of guilt-tripping.

But now that Toru's back from a sleepover she had yesterday with her high school friend, she wants to hang out, probably because she's bored.

"Pleeeease play Minecraft with me!" She begs, and I feel her hands tugging at my arm.

I slap her away, which takes a few tries because I can't actually see her, then cave, agreeing to a ten minute game.

Following her seemingly floating pink vest and white shorts, I grab my phone on the way out of my room, slamming its door behind me and earning a:

"SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU TWO."

From our dad. I wince, sending a nervous look at Toru, but then hear my brothers adamant voice talking back to him, and let out a sigh, the tension disappearing from my shoulders.

I have no messages from any of the 1A girls, so the plan's still the same for hanging out tomorrow.

"Hey, what're you wearing tomorrow?" I ask my sister as we flop on her pink bedsheets. One of her many plushies suffers the unfortunate fate of becoming my back-pillow.

"Gym clothes.. duh."

I roll my eyes, "I mean for when we go to the mall after."

"Ohhh, well I was thinking of rocking a cute skirt and t-shirt, and my white trainers."

"Ugh you have no fashion sense."

"Shut up I have more than you."

"You literally don't!! You dress like a twelve year old!"

"Shut it before I kill your dog in Minecraft."

I gasp, horror taking over my face, and cradle my phone closer as if it's the dog, petting the screen.

"You're so heavy you'd probably just have to stand on it." I seethe.

"At least I'm not built like an improper fraction."

"At least I'm not built like a loaf of bread."

"At least I don't have the complexion of an unpeeled potato."

"Are we playing Minecraft?" Akio cuts across Toru, standing expectantly in the doorway.

We both grin, forgetting our argument, and beckon him over. Moments like these are rare, when it's just the three of us hanging out, so when an opportunity arises, we're all eager.

We all lounge on Toru's layered sheets, gaming in the same world. I'm fighting mobs to get to the ore in a long network of tunnels while Toru builds our house and Akio collects the materials for her.

"We have to... we're gonna have to make a big house" Toru says, tripping over her words a bit because of how focused she is, and I nod in agreement.

"For when the hoes come over." Akio adds.

"Gotta impress the hoes." I add, killing a skeleton.

I grin as it falls, "guys did you see how cool that was, it didn't even harm me."

"Shut up I'm collecting flowers." My brother says.

I stick my tongue out in concentration.

"Guys. GUYS I'M ON HALF A HEART!" I yell in panic, fingers shaking as I make my avatar run back out into the light, and take shelter in our half-built house.

I sigh in relief, then eat some cooked pork.

"Bro here you go." Toru gives me some more food.

"Thanks for your meat sis." I cackle, "T-thank you for giving me your meat."

"I hope it's juicy."

"What the freak," Akio looks at us, his mouth turned down.

"Why're you so zesty with it Jesus." I snort.

"Yeah, there's a word for people like you." I can practically hear Toru's unimpressed expression.

"No homo."

"Sure buddy."

We fall quiet for a second, before it dawns on me. He'd been at a friends house last night, but I'd never heard her name before. I can't remember it now, but I remember how he'd smiled when talking about her.

"So how was your little date last night?" I ask him casually.

"Wh-what?!" His eyes widen.

"Knew it!! You dating her then? When do we get to meet her?"

"Wait who is this? Who are you guys talking about?"

I ignore my sister, watching Akio's flushed face as he tries to respond.

"She's just a friend. We went to the park to hang out then I slept over at hers-"

"Ewwww-" I butt in.

"-On the COUCH!"

"Who is she, why haven't I heard about her beforee??" Toru complains.

"What's her name? Do you guys work together?"

"She works at an elementary school, so no we don't work together, and I'll tell you her name only when it's necessary."

"You mean when you have to introduce her to dad as your girlfriend." I tease.

He scowls at me, dark brows scrunching up his eyes, "why're you so interested anyway you prying little shits?"

"Because we wanna know what our big brother is up to!" Toru pouts, and I nod in agreement.

"Whatever," he huffs, shoulders losing a bit of the tension they held, "the front of the house is done."

I check it out, "you idiot!! You didn't make a path!!"

"Why would we need a path?! It's not like it would lead anywhere."

"It would lead us into the house!"

"Yeah, what if we got lost and couldn't find our way home?"

"Teleport back to your respawn point?"

Both me and Toru whack him, "we're not gonna use cheats!"
