Sania grabbed Mahni's hand and left the place, the others following closely behind. They arrived at a nearby restaurant, parked the car, and took their seats. They ordered some juice and meals, enjoyed their food, and then headed back to their rented home. To their surprise, they saw Omar and Saif sitting comfortably on the couch.

"Bhai!" Mahni shouted. She handed the takeaway to Iman, ran to Omar, and hugged him.

"Nooroo, how are you? It's been two months since I last saw you," Omar asked.

"I missed you so much, a lot more than Bhabhi," Mahni teased Sania.

"Why would you say that?" Sania pouted. "I missed you too! Look at how much weight I've lost since you left."

"*Ahem* Bhabhi, you always tell us that lying is bad, but you're lying," Zara pointed out.

"Yes, she's lying, Bhai. Every hour she has to find something to eat. That's why we even brought two more takeaways home," Iman said, handing the takeaway to Omar.

"It's not me, it's the baby. The baby is always hungry," Sania said, pouting.

They continued teasing Sania. Suddenly, a young girl about Zara's age and height, her face covered with a dupatta, approached them holding a tray with glass cups.

"Haven't I warned you to stay away from my family?" Saif said sternly, looking at the girl.

"Who are you? I don't know you," Mahni asked.

"Nooroo, don't ask now. Saif is furious," Omar whispered in Mahni's ear.

Saif ordered the girl to leave the tray and go immediately. She trembled under Saif's stern gaze. Hafeez approached Mahni and gently caressed her head to comfort her.

"Hafeez, look at the poor girl. She can't even walk properly," Mahni said, looking up at Hafeez, who stopped caressing her head and hugged her.

"Biwi, calm down. Something must have happened," Hafeez said, still hugging Mahni.

Saif took one of the glass cups and drank it in two gulps as he sat down on the couch. Iman went to him and sat beside him, placing her head on his shoulder.

"Bhai, why were you angry just now?" Iman asked, caressing her brother's hair.

He looked at his sister and hugged her, trying to calm down.

"Who is she, and how did she get in?" Mahni asked, looking at both Omar and Saif.

"I'll tell you. Do you remember our last video call when I mentioned that when we return to Pakistan, we wouldn't come straight home because we needed to visit a village to educate the residents?" Omar said.

"Yes, I do. Tell me what happened," Mahni asked, curious.

Omar pointed at the couch for everyone to sit as he began narrating what happened.

**Flashback: Two Weeks Ago**

Omar and Saif landed in Pakistan but didn't go home as instructed by the NGOs and journalists. They were taken directly from the airport to the village of Rajpur as part of their duties as doctors to educate the villagers.

They spent a week educating the villagers on health and hygiene. After completing their task, the NGOs left, but Omar and Saif stayed to answer any remaining questions.
