Bilal took a deep breath, lowering his gaze to the floor. "She’s Saif’s... unwanted wife," he admitted, his voice filled with regret.

The words hung in the air like a heavy cloud. The elders, shocked by the revelation, abruptly stood up from the table.

"What!" Hamida’s voice was filled with disbelief, her eyes wide as she stared at Midhat.

Ali and Aisha were equally stunned, their faces reflecting a mix of confusion and concern. The room fell into an uneasy silence as everyone awaited what would come next, the tension thick enough to cut with a knife.

"I don't understand wife, how? When?" Aisha asked, with worried face

Hamida kept her spoon that she was eating and was looking at Omar and bilal as she doesn't understand what's going on.

"I will tell you everything auntie" Hafeez stood up, as he went and pulled Midhat hand to the dinning table and made her sit down

"How could you do such a thing? *frowned her face which scared everyone* Midhat is your name right *said with a stern voice that the whole room tension was high people expecting her answer* hahaha welcome to the family my dear" Hamida burst into laughter standing up and going closer to Midhat as she hugged her

Saif was burning with anger seeing the way midhat was with his family and he gulped down water as he stood up and headed back to his room

Hamida kept looking at Saif as he disappeared into thin air then held midhat hand and made her sit down

"Sit my dear, don't mind him that's how he always acts when angry" Hamida smiled

"But why is her face covered" Aisha asked

"Well ask her maa" Zara said

"Silly boy *laughed* don't worry I will make sure he opens the veil because it might be disturbing you, you can't even see" Ali said with pity face

"Auntie, Ramadan is day after tomorrow please let him open it before then" Aliya pleaded

"I will make sure he opens it tomorrow" Hamida said sternly

Hamida stood up as she headed to Saif's room and knocked on the door as she went inside just to find saif standing in the balcony

"Saif dear" Hamida called out

He turned around and saw Her standing "yes mum" Saif replied coming into the room and holding hamida hand as they sat on the bed
