Chapter 3: Memories

After they picked up Eren they went to a big dinner party. Mikasa sat next to Levi who sat across from Eren and Armin. Eren said hi to a few people like Jean, Marco, Petra, Erwin, and Annie. This dinner would have been fine if Levi wasn't there and breathing.

"Me and Eren were...very close in highschool."

Eren smiled tightly and said "Very close." Liar! He thought to himself.

Armin chuckled and said "I remember when Levi was younger he would sneak his dad's magazines."

Levi asked "Don't we all though?"

Everyone laughed except for Eren who began to angerly drink. He ordered a vodka soda and by time dinner was over he had at least five of them. He had a slight redness to his face on the ride home. They dropped Armin off.

Eren turned to Levi and asked "Where are you staying?"

Mikasa answered instead "At the house with us. Where else dummy."

Eren said "Oh I don't a hotel...hopefully."

He whispered the last bit, but still Levi heard him. Giving him a glare Eren just smiled innocently at him. Which seemed to make Levi more mad. Eren watched the trees pass the rest of the ride and began recalling old highschool memories. He would have to find a way to get rid of Levi.

*Flashback*
Eren sat in the hallway alone. He had tears running down his face as Levi passed he saw them. Levi leaned down asking "Why are you crying idiot?" Eren said "Its not like you care." Levi leaned forward and kissed him. Slipping his tongue into Eren's mouth. He pulled away after he felt Eren try to deepen the kiss. Wiping his mouth he gave a devilish smirk and said "You're right I don't care." He walked away leaving Eren confused. Why did he like that so much? He should have hated it, but yet...he wanted more. He wanted to kiss Levi like he was oxygen and Eren was running out of breath.
*End*

Mikasa's voice interrupted his thoughts.

"Eren We're home."

Eren got out of the car and smiled up at his old house. At least one thing was good. He got to be home in his own bed. His own room. They walked up the stairs.

"Eren you will have to sleep in the guest bedroom. I'm sorry, but your room flooded a couple days ago and isn't supposed to be used till they find the problem."

Great! Eren thought I get to sleep on the lumpy guest bed. He sighed and pulled his bags into the third room down the hall. He began to unpack. He would be staying here a week or two better get comfortable.
