All the high elves were at the table for breakfast and Izia had just sat down.

"Good morning, Izia!"

"Good morning, Legolas!"

"How are you today?"

"Im... fine, and you?"

"Good..."

"Prince Legolas?" said Elrond.

"Yes?"

"Where are the dwarves?"

"They left early this morning."

"Hm... Oh! Where is King Thranduil? It’s been-"

The king had just entered the room.

"Sorry for the delay, Feren was talking to me about extremely important matters."

"Oh, it’s alright!"

"Let's start eating."

Breakfast began, but Izia didn’t put anything in her mouth.

"Izia? ... is something wrong?"

"N-no, nothing."

"You're not eating."

"Yes, sorry, I’m not hungry... I-I’ll go outside for a walk, I need some air."

"Very well..."

Izia almost ran to the door, frustrated.

"This dream won’t leave my head! Am I becoming paranoid or what?! I must stop Aegnor... I don’t want my dream to come true..."

"Izia!!"

"H-huh?!"

"I’m talking to you..."

"I-I’m sorry... I-I..."

It was King Thranduil, accompanied by Elrond and the other high elves.

"We’re worried about you... You’ve been outside for two whole hours..."

"A-ah! I didn’t realize how much time had passed... S-sorry..."

"Don’t apologize... tell us... are you sure you’re okay?"

"Y-yes! Very well."

"But you’re trembling! You need to rest in your room."

"Y-yes..."

At that moment, Aegnor appeared with Círdan.

Izia paled.

"Your majesty... the cocktail area is ready, we can taste it whenever you want..."

"Okay, thank you, Aegnor."

"T-taste? Drink?"

"Yes, Izia..."

"I-in glasses?"

"Yes...?"

Izia swayed.

"Careful! Izia?!"

"I-I’m fine, don’t worry... just a little dizzy..."

"Of course! You didn’t eat last night and haven’t eaten today either! I’ll ask for some food to be brought to you!"

Izia managed to walk with the help of Thranduil and his son.

She passed Aegnor and glared at him before continuing.

Everyone stared at Aegnor and Círdan with murderous looks.

The dragon-woman arrived in her room and sat with Rian.

After eating...

"Rian... I don’t know what to do."

"About what?"

"Yesterday... the nightmare..."

"Yes..."

"It was horrible... I-I... you know I now consider the high elves like family..."

"Ah... tell me if you want."

Izia began to recount, and Rian's face showed disgust.

Thranduil summoned Aegnor and Círdan to speak with them.

"Yes, your majesty, you called for us?"

"Guards."

The other guards in the room approached.

"Put them in one of the cells and torture them, I want them to see their own blood before their eyes."

"What?! B-but we didn’t do anything..."

"NOTHING?! ARE YOU SURE, INSOLENT ONE?!"

"I-I don’t know what you know, your majesty, but let me explain..."

"There is nothing to explain. From the beginning, Izia has suspected you, and now I believe her."

"We didn’t do anything, believe me!" said Círdan.

"Guards, execute them and then throw their bodies into the forest for the animals to devour."

"NO!! NOT THAT! VERY WELL, WE’LL TELL EVERYTHING, BUT LET US LIVE."

Thranduil exchanged a look with Legolas.

"We are led by a master named Gurthang... He wants to kill Princess Izia to avenge his father who was killed by a dragon-man."

"So it’s you behind all this..."

"Y-yes... I tried to kidnap the princess, I took her into the forest to..."

Izia ran into the throne room.

"Izia?! What are you doing here?"

"I thought you were dead..."

"What? But why..."

"I just had another nightmare..."

"A nightmare? ANOTHER? Why didn’t anyone tell me..."

"Sorry, my king, but there were more important things to tell you...so I forgot," said Feren.

"Izia..."

"Círdan and Aegnor were stabbing you with their daggers while you slept in your royal chambers..."

"Izia..."

"Strange... those were real plans I had in place..."

"TRAITOR!"

"Guards, take them and execute the orders!"

Aegnor and Círdan were forcibly removed from the room.

Thranduil and Izia exchanged a long look, their faces flushing, then they broke the gaze.

After a moment of silence.

"Tomorrow, I will visit Elrond’s kingdom, he has invited us."

"V-very well."

"Will you come?"

"Yes, with pleasure..."
