13. Spoiled Girlfriend

POV CHARLOTTE

"Charlotte?" P'Faye said, tapping my shoulder.

I looked at her briefly before returning to dance.

"Charlotte, seriously? She seems really upset. Go to her!" P'Faye insisted.

I'm not going to chase after her.

Why? Because I don't want to. She was the one who messed up first by saying she was single on national TV.

Why couldn't she have said another better answer than that? I know we can't make our relationship public yet, but that doesn't mean she should say she's single.

Now, why is she mad at me? She should be trying harder. She's the one created the problem.

"Don't wanna," I said shrugging my shoulder, ignoring her suggestion.

P'Faye just shook her head, "You two are really stubborn."

The next day, I looked at my phone, no messages from P'Fa.

What was I expecting anyway? She's really busy today with several events. But she had this habit even before. And I don't want to contact her first either.

"P'Char, you've been staring at your phone for 30 minutes while we're sitting here," Nudee said across from me.

We were having lunch with P'Chompu, Heidi, and Nudee after we dropped Tina off at the airport. She left for the USA today, and we decided to find a place to chat, which is why we were here, eating and relaxing.

"Hmm? No. What are you talking about?" I said casually, then continued eating the soup in front of me.

Nudee sighed deeply, "Did you two fight? Is it because of yesterday? I saw P'Fa say she was single on P'Tren's show."

P'Chompu then looked at me,

"What's wrong with that statement, Char? Didn't you both decide not to go public yet? Isn't she right to say that?"

I was frustrated with all these questions.

It's not that I didn't enjoy the conversation, but I didn't want to discuss why I was mad at P'Fa because of that statement.

Call me selfish, I don't really care. But I do feel annoyed with P'Fa, should I pretend everything's okay? That's not like me.

"Hey girls! Don't ask too much about it. I think it's reasonable for her to be upset with P'Fa. But Char, you shouldn't have acted that way last night though," Heidi said with a small smile.

"Acted what way? What did I do? You were drunk last night, Di. You don't know anything," I said, pouting.

She laughed and leaned closer to me, "I know. P'Faye told me when I woke up this morning."

I furrowed my brow, it seems they are getting closer.

Today Heidi took Tina to the airport, but last night until this morning she was with P'Faye? Very suspicious.

"Wow Phi, you're really moving fast, huh! P'Faye, huh?" Nudee teased.

Heidi laughed loudly, "Hey, don't make up rumors. But of course, we're friends. Nothing wrong with that."

"Frrrriendsss?" Chompu teased, "I never knew you were that close to P'Faye, very suspicious, since when?"

Heidi pretended to be offended, "Hey! What's wrong if I'm close to her? She's our senior. And she's also a fun person. I really enjoy being with her."
