"I'll give you a ride."

"No, it's fine. I'll take a taxi," Wonyoung replied as she left quickly.

"Baby, come with oppa. Lunch is ready!" Sana's mom called out as they went inside. Sunghoon, who often visited Sana, remembered her well. He knew she was the reincarnation of his mother, though he couldn't recall how they had met.

"Why, son, didn't you eat? You look skinnier than before," Sana's mom said with concern.

"Sunghoon, eat up," Sana said sweetly. Sunghoon smiled and began to eat.

"Sunghoon, don't call him by his name. Use 'oppa' instead," her mom instructed.

"But Angel said he's my friend," Sana protested.

"Angel? Who is that?" Sana's mom asked, puzzled.

"My friend," Sana repeated as Sunghoon frowned.

"Do I know that Angel too?" Sunghoon inquired.

"Mmmhmm, he's your boyfriend," Sana replied.

"My boyfriend?" Sunghoon's heart began to race.

"Ahhh, where did you hear that, you little rascal? Son, just eat. Don't pay any attention to her. She doesn't understand yet," Sana's mom said, thinking Sunghoon might be offended.

"Angel," Sunghoon whispered to himself.

[FEW DAYS LATER]

"Hi..."

"Who... who are you?" Jay jolted, his voice rising. "How did you get into my room?"

"I'll keep it simple. I'm your angel, and I'm here to grant you three wishes."

"Angel?" Jay's mouth dropped open. "Ahhh... are you kidding me, or are you a thief? It's okay to take whatever you want; I don't have anything left to lose."

"No, I'm not a thief. I'm your angel. You can wish for anything... anything at all," the angel assured him.

Jay suddenly remembered what Sunghoon had told him: "If someone says, 'I'm your angel and I'll give you three wishes,' just fucking believe it." Jay chuckled. "Is that so? Then I wish I could go back two months and change things."

"It will happen as you wish," the angel said, snapping his fingers.

"What!"

.
.

Sunoo woke up with a gasp, looking around in confusion. "What happened? How am I here?" He saw Sunghoon still sleeping beside him-it was the same day after Sunghoon had confessed his feelings. Sunoo quickly decided to meet with his friend.

[AFTER LIFE OFFICE]

"What happened?" Sunoo asked anxiously.

"I think someone turned back time," Heeseung replied.

"What?!"

"Not reversing time is your own rule, not others'. So, think of this as a chance for good. You can stay with him, Sunoo," Heeseung said, genuinely happy for his friend.

"I don't know. I'm afraid. Anything could change, including Sunghoon," Sunoo admitted.

"You have to face it. Go to him before he wakes up," Heeseung encouraged. Sunoo nodded and disappeared back to the apartment.

Just as before, Sunoo prepared breakfast for Sunghoon. When Sunghoon woke up, everything seemed the same as that day. Sunoo recalled his father and worried about whether he'd meet his stepmom as before. For Sunghoon, it was just a normal day, and he was thinking about their kiss from last night. He had no clue about anything that happened.

This was all because of Jay's wish. He had wished to go back in time and found himself on the exact same day, two months earlier.

Jay also woke up gasping. He looked around, confused by his surroundings. He was in his bed but wearing different clothes. Rubbing his eyes, he saw the angel standing beside him and screamed as loudly as he could. His mom rushed in, looking alarmed.

"What happened? Why did you scream? Are you trying to give me a heart attack?" she scolded. Jay looked back and forth between his mom and the angel.

"Mom... you can't see him?"

"See who?"

"This one right here."

"Are you crazy? Don't mess with me this morning," she said, scolding him.

"Mom, this boy, right here." Jay stood up and pointed at the angel, but his mom only saw him pointing in the air.

"She can't see me," the angel said.

"Stop with the nonsense. We have to meet your coach today," she said, turning to leave.

"Coach... Mom, I can't..." Jay began, but then he realized he was standing. His eyes widened in disbelief as he started to jump and scream with joy. "Whoa... my legs-they're working! I can walk! I can run again. Mom, look-I'm walking again!" He hugged her tightly.

"Why are you making a fuss? Come and eat," she said, leaving him behind. Jay turned to the angel.

"Only you will remember what happened. Others can't, and especially, you can't tell anyone about the future. If you do, everything will go back to how it was. Do you understand? And remember, you have two more wishes. Call me anytime if you want to use them," the angel explained.

"Thank you. Thank you so much," Jay said with tears of happiness.

"No need to thank me. It's your choice. See you again," the angel said before disappearing.

"I should thank Sunghoon. This is all because of him," Jay said happily as he called Sunghoon.
