Then one doctor adjusted his glasses and said, "Six months ago, sir, you got married to a mysterious girl named Maya."

Hearing the doctor's words, Vidyut's eyebrows raised with interest. He was married, and he didn't even know it.

"Fascinating," Vidyut mused.

Vidyut Singhania, who had the power to control even the air around him, was unaware of his own marriage.

The old doctor, sensing Vidyut's mood, continued, "Six months ago, a girl named Maya approached your grandfather. Where she came from or who she was, no one knows. She simply told your grandfather that she wanted to take care of you. Everyone in your family opposed this, except for your grandfather. He went against everyone and had Maya marry you, so that she could stay with you in a legitimate relationship and care for you."

Despite the strangeness of the revelation, Vidyut's expression remained unchanged. His attractive face stayed emotionless.

The old doctor continued, "I suspect your grandfather knew this girl, sir. While the rest of your family saw her as ordinary, I don't think your mysterious wife is ordinary at all. During your check-ups, I've met your wife several times. Trust me, she is no ordinary girl. Her smile, the stability of her eyes, the sweetness of her voice, the seriousness of her nature—she stands out. Maya is like a walking enigma. She presents herself calmly, but there is always a fire in her eyes that even my experience can't decipher."

Vidyut listened carefully, showing no emotion.

These doctors were Vidyut's most loyal and experienced physicians. Besides treating him, they didn't treat anyone else in the world. Even if someone were to die without their treatment, they wouldn't intervene.

The team of doctors always stayed at Singhania Palace, keeping Vidyut updated with every piece of news related to the Singhania family.

After a thoughtful pause, Vidyut asked calmly, "What are you trying to say, Doctor Verma? Please be direct."

Dr. Verma cleared his throat. He approached Vidyut with his team, taking out their medical equipment to check him. "As far as I know your grandfather, sir, he must have had some purpose behind this unusual marriage of yours."

Vidyut nodded slightly, closing his eyes.

Dr. Verma spoke again, "Whatever your grandfather's motive might be, don't let Maya slip away. She is very special. My suggestion to you is, don't distance yourself from her. Maya is made for you."

Vidyut remained emotionless and silent.

After thoroughly examining Vidyut, Dr. Verma and his team left the room, leaving only Sanjeev and Vidyut in the master bedroom.

After a few moments of deep silence, Vidyut asked Sanjeev coldly, "Have you found out anything about Maya?"

Sanjeev replied hesitantly, "I did try, boss. But I couldn't find anything about her. Despite all my efforts, I couldn't find any record of her or her identity."

Vidyut said nothing and walked into the closet room.

When he emerged, Sanjeev couldn't help but admire his boss's unchanged charm, even after days in a coma.

In his black custom-made three-piece suit, black leather shoes, and limited edition wristwatch, Vidyut's allure was undeniable.

Adjusting his watch, Vidyut asked Sanjeev coldly, "Where is Maya?"

Sanjeev hesitated. "Maya left early this morning, boss."

"She left? Where did she go?" Vidyut asked, his jaw tightening.

Sensing the anger in Vidyut's voice, Sanjeev quickly said, "She probably went back to where she came from, boss. She had made a demand on the day of the wedding that as soon as you regained consciousness, she would divorce you and leave."

Vidyut's lips twisted into a strange smile. Many girls were eager to marry him, but his mysterious wife wanted to leave him. The more he learned about Maya, the more intrigued he became.

"I want Maya. Go and find her. No matter where she is in this world, find her. I want my wife, at any cost."

Sanjeev was stunned. Vidyut had never shown interest in the numerous wealthy girls who tried to seduce him, but now he was demanding a girl.

With this thought, Sanjeev left the room quickly.

Adjusting his wristwatch, Vidyut left his room and went straight to his grandfather's study.

Grandfather gestured for Vidyut to sit down. "It's good you're here, Vidyut. I also had some important work with you."

Vidyut sat down, expressionless. "What work did you have with me? What do you expect from me now?"

Grandfather smiled and handed Vidyut some documents. "I needed your signature on these. Read and sign them."

Vidyut's eyes turned dark and dangerous as he read the documents. "Divorce papers? Do you really think, Mr. Singhania, that I will sign these?"

Grandfather responded firmly, "Vidyut, I am your grandfather! Stop calling me Mr. Singhania. How long will you remind me of one mistake?"

"Until you are alive, Mr. Angad Singhania."

Grandfather closed his eyes, taking a deep breath. "Alright, say whatever you want, but I won't die easily. Sign these divorce papers. I promised Maya. I need to send her a copy as soon as possible."

Vidyut's eyes turned red with anger. The atmosphere in the study room grew suffocating.

Vidyut asked coldly, "Who did you marry me off to, Mr. Singhania? Who is Maya? And where is she?"

"I cannot tell you anything about Maya, Vidyut. She forbade me. As for your marriage, it was just a contract. It gave Maya the right to be your wife and take care of you. Nothing more."

Vidyut stared at his grandfather coldly. "No."

He turned away and said, "I hope you won't try any new tricks, Mr. Singhania. Otherwise, I will ruin you."

Vidyut walked out of the study room.

After he left, his grandfather's troubled expression changed to a mysterious smile. "Who will save you from my grandson now, Maya?"

Two days later, in London,

An old man sat angrily in a luxurious mansion's living area. Many well-dressed bodyguards stood with their heads bowed.

One guard gathered his courage and said, "Big Boss, we have searched everywhere, but we couldn't find Maya."

The old man trembled with anger. "I don't care. I just want my granddaughter. Find her, or I will skin you all alive."

Just then, a sweet voice said, "I'm back, Grandpa. You don't have to work so hard in your old age. I'll handle everything."
