Hearing Ayansh's question, Sumit bit his lip, knowing there was nothing more important to Maya than her son. But at this moment, Maya was with Vidyut. Sumit struggled to find the right words to explain to this little devil standing in front of him that his mother was currently with the "big devil."

Sumit remained silent, bowing his head in quiet acknowledgment, as if guilty of some crime. He wanted to avoid provoking Ayansh with blunt words and thought it best to remain quiet. However, Ayansh, with cold, calculating eyes, glanced up at Sumit again, causing him to fidget nervously, almost like a shy child.

Ayansh's blue eyes narrowed in suspicion. Something didn’t feel right, but he chose not to press Sumit further. If Sumit wouldn’t speak, Ayansh had his own ways of uncovering the truth.

Despite Sumit's silence, Ayansh remained composed. However, Shadow, the panther at Ayansh's side, did not take kindly to Sumit’s lack of response. A low growl rumbled from Shadow's throat as she stepped forward with menacing intent, her fierce yellow eyes glowing.

“How dare you refuse to answer the little devil's question?” Shadow snarled, baring her teeth. “Have you lost your mind and your will to live? Should I make your body my feast and send your soul to burn in hell?”

Sumit’s nerves were on edge. Shadow's loyalty was only to Ayansh and Maya, and Sumit knew well that she wouldn’t hesitate to harm anyone else if provoked. She stepped closer, her fury palpable. But just as she was about to strike, she paused, uncomfortable, turning to glare at Ayansh.

“Little devil!” she growled in frustration. “Why did you stop me? I was about to rid the earth of this cursed human!”

Ayansh’s expression remained calm as he gently tugged Shadow’s collar. In a cold, deep voice, he warned,“You cannot harm him now. If you hurt him in my presence, Mommy will be angry with me. When I’m not here, you may do as you wish. But in my presence, you will obey and harm no one. I have a reputation to maintain.”

Ayansh's words were like sharp arrows piercing Sumit's heart. He inwardly cursed the cruel little devil and the black panther, feeling trapped. But he was helpless, unable to act against them.

Seeing Sumit's conflicted expression, Ayansh raised an eyebrow. “Why do your eyes and your mouth contradict each other, Mr. Sumit?” he asked coldly.

Sumit stiffened at the question. Sensing Ayansh’s growing impatience, Shadow interrupted. “Enough, little devil. You always toy with people. Let’s move on. We have more important matters—don't you want to meet the Black Queen?”

Ayansh recalled their purpose. Vidyut’s return to the Dream Hotel had become a global sensation after the infamous fire in Frankfurt. Shares of the Dream Hotel, which had been falling, were now rising again. But it wasn’t the hotel’s fate that brought Ayansh here—it was Vidyut.

Ignoring Sumit entirely, Ayansh walked toward the elevator, Shadow obediently trailing behind him.

Meanwhile, in the hotel’s luxurious Paradise suite, Riba stood outside room number 6 with divorce papers in hand, prepared to deliver them on Maya’s behalf. Nervousness flickered in her eyes as she knocked on the door, waiting.

Vidyut answered, clad only in a towel. Riba’s gaze dropped instantly, and she quickly handed him the bag of clothes. “Sir, these are Madam’s clothes,” she said, avoiding eye contact.

Vidyut, expressionless, responded, “Put it down.”

Riba hesitated. “What?”

“Put the bag down,” Vidyut repeated, coldly.

Obeying, Riba placed the bag on the floor and quickly left. Watching Vidyut’s indifferent reaction, she muttered to herself, “Madman, lunatic, just like the little devil. Like father, like son—complete chaos.”

Hidden behind a pillar, an unknown figure silently observed the exchange. A camera in hand, he captured every moment—Maya’s visit to Vidyut’s room, Riba’s nervous delivery. Smiling maliciously, the figure’s intentions were clear: danger.

Inside the suite, Maya emerged from the bathroom, dressed in a bathrobe. Vidyut sat on the edge of the bed, engrossed in his phone. After a brief pause, Maya approached, placing a paper bag on the couch. She had his attention but didn’t acknowledge it.

Finally, Maya stood before Vidyut and handed him a piece of paper. “Sign this, Mr. Vidyut. I no longer wish to be in this relationship.”

Vidyut’s eyes darkened as he read the headline—divorce papers. Without hesitation, he tore the paper into pieces. Before Maya could react, he grabbed her wrist and threw her onto the bed with unexpected force.

Stunned by his aggression, Maya realized she had never seen Vidyut this enraged.
