Bridget's POV:
It was the next morning, she had barely gotten any sleep. She couldn't stop thinking about what Hook said to her it looks like he managed to charm his way into her heart. She liked him. She knew that now. She couldn't stop thinking about him, but when she was thinking about him she gets all warm and sweaty and she feels repeated butterflies in her stomach. She had never experienced this before..

She had decided to leave her dorm at an earlier time so she could go dress shopping before school. It was 2 days until castlecoming and she still hadn't decided on a dress. Time was running out, and now she actually has somebody to look nice for.

She ran towards the shop, she had to be quick or else she'd be late for school which would break her perfect attendance. She made it to the dress-up shop and was blown away by the amount of beautiful options. She was drawn to a ruby red dress, it was different since she never really went for red but this just felt like it was meant for her so she immediately bought it.

She realised that she only had 30 minutes to return the dress to her dorm then head to class so she ran really quickly screaming "sorry" to every person she passed, she feared she was being an inconvenience to everybody even though she wasn't.

She literally dived into class after dropping her dress off. "Bloody hell!" She heard Merlin whisper-shout. "Quite an entrance there Bridget." He chuckled, the classroom was empty. "Where is everybody! Was I that late?" She panicked. "It's skip-day Bridget." Merlin leaned on his desk. "What!? Nobody told me that!" Bridget frantically responded. "It was announced yesterday in class, were you not listening?" He asked, shaking his head. "I wasn't in class yesterday I had a cooking club special." Bridget crossed her arms. "Yes well that would explain it. I shall have a word with the club leader and you are uh dismissed from a class that wasn't even happening." He nodded turning around.

Bridget slowly walked back to her dorm, she had calmed herself ready for her hangout with Hook. She wasn't sure what they were doing but she liked spending time with him so she didn't really care. She walked into her dorm and sat at her desk, looking into the mirror. She realised her hair had been messed up from
all the running so she made an effort to make that look tame again. She heard a knock on her door, "come in!" She smiled turning around in her chair.

Hook entered, with a bright aura about him. "Hey!" She smiled, jumping out of her chair and walked over to him. He pulled a flower from behind his back, "voila!" He said giving her the flower, "I decided that if I am taking you to castlecoming I should learn to treat you like the princess you are." He smiled, she just chuckled. "I told you I don't think about my status much." She took the flower, "but thank you! It's sweet of you to do that." She put it with a flower bouquet which was already placed on a shelf above her desk.

"So what do you wanna do?" Bridget turned gracefully to look at Hook. He looked at her, "whatever we do I'm glad to just spend time together." He sat down on the end of her bed.
She nervously laughed, "you've certainly gained a special charm since yesterday." She started to play with the ends of her hair, "Has it only just started working?" He joked, in which she laughed.

"We don't have to go anywhere, we could just stay here and chat." He said moving up a bit leaving a space for Bridget to sit next to him, which she did. "Sure." She responded. "You know I was thinking a lot about what you said to me yesterday-" she didn't know what to say, she felt herself going red thinking about it. He slightly turned his head to look at her. "I didn't really say much back did I?" She stuttered a little while saying that.

Hook shook his head, "I didn't expect you to, I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you." He smiled, "it may have been a lot considering we only have been talking since well.. a couple days ago." He realised how much he probably threw himself in her and widened his eyes. "I do think the same things about you! I like spending time with you. Like alot.. it might be my favourite thing right now." She put a tight grip on her leg, probably as an anxiety response.

"Infront of baking?" He asked, she laughed, "Wow.. you may be overstepping." She was being sarcastic of course. He laughed at her sarcasm, he looked at her. He realised what he said hadn't been part of this "ulianas revenge" act.. somehow he had actually fallen for Bridget. She managed to get under his skin somewhere along the line, he had genuine feelings. Every time he heard her voice now, he felt a ray of happiness and when he looked at her face he felt safe and a sudden comfort. But.. she was too well kind. He thought that a perfect, beautiful princess like her could never like a villain like him.

"Thank you for giving me a chance. I feel like most.. good people. Would just assume I'm only in it for the worst outcome." Hook smiled, "you're different to everybody else. You're better than them." Hook was being sincere, Bridget shook her head, "I don't believe I'm better than them. I think that they need to be more accepting and less judging of those they don't know." Bridget crossed her arms over her stomach. "They won't. Royals are too full of themselves, apart from you! You obviously don't define people from status." Hook smiled at her.

"Yeah, I don't like people who judge on status." Bridget looked at him as well. Hook put his hand on top of hers. "Bridget can I be honest about something?" He asked, still just looking at her. She felt that nervous feeling, where she tensed up. She was scared to speak. "Y-yeah! Of course." She managed to get out. "I really like you." He smiled, he never broke eye contact with her though. Bridget was seeing new sides to Hook she'd never expect to see.

He lifted his hands up to the side of her face, tucking her hair behind her ear. "Can I?" He asked, she didn't know what he was asking she couldn't think, her mind was racing with so many different feelings and thoughts. She just nodded, not sure what she was saying yes to. She started to freak more when he moved closer to her. He closed his eyes and laid his lips against hers. She felt her heartbeat speed up, he still had his hand on the side of her face. He separated from the kiss and smiled at her. She was just in shock, "You okay princess?" He asked.

"Yeah sorry- it's just- uh well that was my first kiss. Kind of nervous." She chuckled as a response to her nerves. He leaned back and took his hand away from her face, "Don't worry. It was mine too." He stood up and walked towards her door. "I'll pick you up at 7 for castlecoming on Friday. Later princess." He said cooly before leaving.

Bridget let out the large amount of air she didn't realise she was holding in and felt her body go weak. She smiled to herself, she had managed to find happiness after she started to lose hope. She couldn't be more grateful.
