The next morning, Elizabeth, Peyton and Brooke were laying in bed in Peyton's bedroom. Elizabeth was holding Maya in her arms rubbing her back as even though she was pissed at the taller blonde girl after what had happened the night before she pushed her feelings to the side as she didn't want to ruin her friendship with Peyton over some boy especially since the two girls have only just started getting closer again after everything that had happened in the past year.
The sound of a girl screaming from the movie Peyton and Elizabeth were watching woke up Brooke who jumped awake startled by the sound looking around the room with an confused look on her face, " that's gonna leave a mark" Peyton muttered under her breathe turning off the TV as Brooke looked between the two blondes and asked, " So, what am I doing here?" Peyton and Elizabeth shared a look before the taller blonde rolled her eyes and commended, " Brooke, that's two weekends in a row where you don't remember what happened the night before"
Brooke groaned throwing her head back looking over at Ellie and Peyton with a pleading look on her face, " Oh, please tell me I didn't make a door of myself with Lucas" Peyton shook her head in response scrunching up her face in embarrassment as she recalled what happened last night with Lucas, " Nope, that'd be me" Brooke frowned in confusion look on her face looking over at Ellie who clenched her jaw leaning down pressing a kiss to her daughters head, " Wait, I thought Ellie and Lucas were totally hot for each other"
"That's what I thought until I found him making out with Peyton" Ellie shrugged her shoulders making Brooke send her an sympathetic look knowing how much the blonde girl liked Lucas as Peyton looked down at her hands with a guilty look on her face before lifting her head to look between her two best friends, " we were halfway through ripping each others clothes off, I bailed" Brooke eyes widened letting out a laugh with a shake of her head and asked, " because"
" because. Because it got all serious. He was talking about this intense commitment and the fact that when we were making our he called out your name" Peyton informed sending Ellie a pointed look who's eyes widened in shock as Brooke snickered with an amused look on her face, " that's karma for going after the boy your best friend likes" Ellie nudged the brunette with a serious expression on her face, " Brooke!"
Brooke let out a sigh staying silent for a moment before she decided to speak up, " I don't want to live in a world where three fine and willing girls like ourselves can have such a lame Friday night. I gotta change my karma. Maybe the two of you should make some changes too." Ellie shook her head in response and pointed out, " we didn't wake up with a foggy memory now, did we?" Brooke raised her brows at her two best friends with a smirk on her face, " Well, neither of you didn't wake up with Lucas, either" Ellie gasped with an offended look on her face nudging the brunette with a smile as the three girls erupted into laughter.

" so explain to us how this fixes your karma again" Peyton questioned as she, Ellie and Brooke had gone shopping after getting something to eat. Brooke stepped out of the dressing room and made her way in front of the mirror pushing up her boobs in her cami top she was wearing, " it doesn't. But it's a total pick me up. Don't you think?" Ellie let out a laugh with an amused look on face as Brooke picked up two tops handing them over to the two girls, " Now, try these on"
