"Father, I almost did not recognize you- you smell different... well... you smell like her" Zahad'uid spoke clearly emerging from the bush.

Zahad'uid had found the pair last night camped in between his and his brother's crash sites. The female was sat alone mesmerized by the fire. The younger Yautja was ecstatic to see her well; if she was alive it meant his sire was as well. This morning he spent it tracking them down again after disposing of a pack of Xenomorphs. Who had stumbled upon the empty campsite. The smell of the aroused female was overpowering and an alluring beacon for any male in the vicinity. Whilst his father slept beside her Zahad'uid busied himself with defending the two. The pale complexion of his father worried him throughout the night.

There was another one. This one was smaller yet still clearing taller than her. His olive skin and bright red scales were familiar. He was one of the two that had been with Horus. Did this mean he was Horus' son?

The younger Yautja strutted closer to the duo. Horus huffed his surprise at his appearance, harshly patting the boy on his shoulder. Both chatted their greetings quickly catching each other up.

Horus sat down Luna to show his offspring Asahid's severed hand. He explained that his armor was damaged in the crash and could not contact the mothership let alone anyone on the server. Additionally he lost access to various features his helm and armor provided. Such features being the translation, the body temperature regulation feature his net armor used to provide, as well as recording.

Horus and the other Yautja were chatting amongst themselves; Horus had even shown the newcomer the hand he had insisted on carrying everywhere with him.

"I can't understand a thing" Luna contemplated watching the two converse. The air filled with their unique tongue. To an outsider it looked like a standoff between two big cats. Hisses and growls filled the air, occasionally some high pitched chirps would blend in. It was a language she could never master, after all they spoke with vocal cords unavailable to humans. Luna was strangely amused watching how the two males stood pin straight face to face. Both were visibly flexing almost as if they were showing off to one another, or perhaps they were sizing each other up.

"Have you heard from Asahid?"

"Yes Sire, I found Asahid a few days back. He was unconscious and trapped in the escape pod when I found him; He has yet to awaken."

"So it was you covering your tracks."

"Yes sire."

"You've done well."

The young Yautja purred proudly before he directed his attention to the female.

"I must say sire, I was surprised to see the female alive and well."

"Yes, she is surprisingly resilient."

"What is it?" The woman shrunk at their attention, masked faces locked in on her form.

"Ooman'de you have gained weight." the youngling chuckled coming closer to further peer at the human.

"What?" Luna was stunned watching the smaller male look down at her almost as if he was waiting for something.

"It is good but not enough. Breeze can easssssy drop you" Zahad'uid chuckled strangely with the artificial voice provided by his helmet. He chirped at the woman, watching curiously at her opened mouth.

"Huh, wait! You can understand me? You can talk!" The new male buzzed out a "hm?"

"Yesss I can talk?" He too tilted his head curiously not fully understanding her question. Her heart did not clench at the action but could not help to smile fondly at his tilt.

"No, I mean, you can talk to me but Horus can't. Well I mean: does he really not understand a thing I say?" Her eyes found the familiar form of her companion who perked up at his nickname. Hurriedly, almost comically, he went from looming the new male to speed walking towards the pair.

"Oruss?"

"Horus! Him."

"Is that the name she gave you?" The human female pointed at my sire who took his place beside her. At the mention of this strange name my father perked up curiously standing straight before slouching to hover closer to the human.

"Horus, yes, apparently it means the sun. More importantly, can you understand her?" Horus rushed out in his own tongue not following the conversation.

"It's tough, her language is apparently a result of multiple tongues fusing throughout the ages. Most of her words are registered in the translation database but the AI is struggling to fill in the blanks. As long as we have short conversions like this, the helm will be able to learn this new language in no time."

"What is he saying?" The female asked eagerly.

"He isss ask about your tongue, he can not sssspeak it or know it. Helmet is broken. Sstorage and voice is broken."

"Oh.... Ok. I understand, I think?" Luna nodded absentmindedly trying to piece his broken sentences together.

"I am sss-surprised you named my sire, most humans give disressss- Insssult names us."

"Horus" she paused to look at the man beside her. Gray metalic helmet peering down at her. "Is the complete opposite of me but still- despite all our differences"she began choking up whether it was her growing fear of betrayal or something more she swallowed the lump in her throat. "He still looks out for me, protects me, feeds me even when I don't want to eat. Pushes me forward even when I want to give up. He is like the unyielding sun and I... I am like the moon who can't help but follow after him."

Luna smiled brightly with glossy eyes and while Horus could not understand a thing she was saying he felt the same debilitating squeeze in his chest that tends to happen around the small woman.

"I am going to be honest Sire, I did not understand a single thing she just said."
