Team RWBY heard news about Jaune and immediately rushed to where he was.

"We came as soon as we could!" Ruby said, worryingly.
(Sure...)

Flashback

"Girls, Jaune has a problem!" Ruby yelled.
"Ruby...? It's...6 in the morning..." Y/n said.
"You're right...let's go back to sleep."
Instead of going to sleep, they played Kung Fu Ninja Slayers Ultimate Death battle two.

End of flashback

A lady with white hair and white skin came in.
The lady touched Jaune's neck.
"It's my target. We need to begin immediately." The lady said.
The lady brought out a case full of strange things.
"My name is Shion Zaiden. I'm a Nightmare Hunter." Shion said.
"What's a Nightmare?" Pyrrha asked.
"A type of Grimm that possesses humans and grows by draining their Aura. The possessed victim is trapped in their dreams and their body becomes a breeding ground for grimm." Shion said.

Her weapon turned into a yarn type of thing.
"So we have to kill the Grimm?" Nora asked.
"Yes, inside his dream." Shion said.
"Inside his dream?" Ren asked.
"It's a task for his close friends. If a stranger tries, his heart will reject them. Are any of you willing to enter his dream and defeat the Grimm?" Shion asked.

"Absolutely, we'll go." Pyrrha said.
JNPR-like dolls popped out.
They were laying down.
"This is safe right?" Y/n asked.
"Completely safe." Shion said.
A few minutes later a phone rang..
Shion answered it.
"They were able to find Jaune." Shion said.
"That was quick. Excellent." Ozpin said.
"The care they show for each other is what makes them a good team." Shion said.

A few minutes later a Grimm popped out of Jaune's chest.
Shion quickly trapped it in a bottle.
"It looks like a plant." Blake said.
"Typically, Grimm take on a beast form. But some Grimm are unique." Shion said.
Team JNPR woke up.
"Huh? What? Oh no I overslept!" Jaune said.
"What's going on?" Jaune asked.
"I'm glad we caught it before it grew. It's probably because his Aura is undeveloped." Shion said.

"His semblance hasn't awakened and his Aura is below average." Glynda said.
"I'm glad you're okay, Jaune." Ruby said.
"We will support you." Y/n said.
"Thank you guys." Jaune said.
"I can't believe something like that is real." Yang said.
"I sensed some others in the forest, too. The more sensitive or emotionally conflicted you are, the more susceptible you become. Please tell students to remain diligent." Shion said.

"Listen up everyone. If you're upset, tell a teammate." Ruby said.
"You must be joking. You can't really think a Grimm could possess me." Weiss said.
"Yeah, I'm sure you'll be fine Weiss." Ruby said.
"She's got her own thorns to use for keeping Grimm out." Yang said.
"I don't like the sound of that. Anyways, since tomorrow is off. Why not go to town?" Weiss asked.

"Right, the festival is soon." Y/n said.
"Festival?" Ruby asked.
"Of course, the Vytal Festival is a world wide one too. How could you not know?" Weiss asked.
"I don't pay attention to those..." Ruby said.
"How could you not!?" Weiss exclaimed.
"You're so cute, Weiss!" Y/n yelled, hugging Weiss.
"H-hey! Get off me you, Dolt!" Weiss yelled.
"Makes you even cuter..." Y/n said.

Time skip

"Yes students, the Forest of Forever Fall is indeed beautiful. But we are not here to sight-see. Professor Peaches asked all of you to collect samples from trees deep inside the forest and I'm making sure none of you die while doing so. Each of you gather one jar of this red sap. However, this forest is full of the creatures of Grimm, so be sure to stay by your teammates. We will rendezvous back here at four o'clock. Have fun!" Glynda said.
