Saanvi POV:
"Rahulllllll, give it back to me NOW!"
I heard Aan shouting from the living room. I was cutting vegetables while Rishi's wife, Krithi, and Rahul's wife, Riya, were cooking. They both looked at me when we heard the shouting, so I sighed and went to the living room with the knife I was using to cut vegetables.
I saw Aan and Rahul fighting over the remote control while Rishi was reading the newspaper and Bunny was working on something on his laptop.
"Bhiayyyaaa, what the hell! I was watching that show!!" Rahul yelled.
"What are you, 8? Watching that cartoon show??" Aan shot back. "I need to watch the football match!"
I marched towards them. They both looked at me and gave me a sheepish smile, quickly throwing the remote away and switching off the TV.
"Are you both going to help me in the kitchen or not?" I glared at them, and they immediately rushed to the kitchen.
Rishi folded the newspaper and said, "Diii, why are you so stressed?"
I scoffed, "Your jiju is almost reaching his 50s, and still, look at him, fighting for the remote. What should I do without stressing, Kiddo?"
"Maa, come on, you know how Dad is," Bunny said, setting his laptop aside.
I groaned, "Fine, since it's the weekend, come on, let's eat breakfast and go out for a picnic." They both nodded.
Sorry, in all this commotion, I forgot to greet you all.
Helloooo, my dear fam, how are you all doing? Well, don't even ask about me—you already saw what's happening.
I handed my company to Sunny, who recently came back after finishing her master's. And you all know Bunny is handling the Singhania empire.
As for Rishi, he's still helping Bunny with everything in his office.
Rahul is still working but only goes in for emergency cases.
And as for Reyansh bhai, he also handed over Rathore Industries to his younger son. Now, Vaish and he are traveling the world because they finally have some free time after all these years.
Don't even ask about Aan—he's become more stubborn, childish, and most importantly, more possessive and protective towards me, especially since Bunny is still in the mafia. There are some troubles here and there, but there's nothing Aan and I can't handle, so life is going at a normal pace for us.
After finishing breakfast, all of us headed to our private park, where we usually meet monthly for some family time. Oh, I forgot to tell you about the younger generation!
Rishi and Krithi have a son who is now 16 years old, and Rahul and Riya have a daughter who is now 18 years old. You all know Arjun and Ananya—they're already 24 now, and soon they'll be turning 25.
Reyansh bhai and Vaish had a daughter first, who is now 22, and a son later, who is 20 now. All the kids get along so well, so we don't need to worry about them.
The youngest of all is Nandhu, Rishi's son. He's the sweetest of all and is more attached to me.
This weekend, we made sure everyone cleared their schedules so we could have a picnic. All of us headed there, and Reyansh bhai and Vaish, with their kids, also joined us.
Bunny asked, "Maa, can we camp here for today? We have all the camping gear, and we even have a small lake here, right? So it wouldn't be a problem. Pleaseee?"
I said, "If everyone is okay with it, then I'm okay with it too, Bunny."
The younger ones jumped in excitement as they brought out the tents and started setting up camp.
