***GRACES POV***

I got half way down the street of the second block and heard the sky rumbling. Soon after it immediately started pouring down raining, I glanced over at the passenger seat and realized she had left her umbrella in the car.

The reason I left her there was because I knew she could get home just fine but now I'm not so sure. Even so I still shouldn't have left her there it's dark and now pouring down raining what if something happens to her?. How can I even be mad at her, at some point divorce was all I thought about when I looked at her. I don't even know what I'm feeling so how is she supposed to know. I sighed before turning the car around and going back to the restaurant, I parked a little bit away but not too far before grabbing her umbrella and getting out the car.

I spotted her but as I got closer I noticed that she was with someone sharing an umbrella. The umbrella the woman was holding moved a bit and I was able to see her face, and I also saw that she had a hand around Miss Anderson waist.

My heart sink as I watched them together, who is she?. Do miss Anderson know her?.

I ran a hand down my face as realization set in, this feeling was all too familiar yet new as well but even so I could tell that they weren't just that of lust, my hand that was holding the umbrella dropped to my side as the rain began hitting me.

Oh my god Gio was right.

I am in love with her.

I ended up not going back home that night instead I went to a bar then a Hotel room where after drinking all night I fell into a drunken coma till morning.

When u finally woke up the sun was already fully out and it was around 3pm, I grabbed my things and made my way out of the hotel. I pulled up outside of the house and to my surprise Gio was walking up until he spotted me getting out of the car "Grace?!" He said before rushing over "What are you doing here?" I asked "I came to see how your date went but from the looks of it not too good huh" he said looking over my appearance I knew I probably didn't look too good or smell.

"You look and smell like shit" he said I sighed "I'm aware Gio" I said his facial expression changed at my low sad tone "What happened?" He asked "I'm in love with her Gio" I said leaning up against my car as I ran a hand through my short hair in a stressed manner.

"Ok and why are we not happy about this?, isn't that what you wanted to figure out?" He asked "Yes but just as I figured that out I also figured out that she doesn't feel the same" I said "And how do you know that you haven't even asked her" said Gio "I don't have to she wants a divorce she's been talking with a lawyer about it" I explained.

"Well shit" said Gio "Yeah..." I replied.

"I'm sorry I know she's the first person you've liked like this in a very long time" said Gio. I shrugged and pushed myself off of the car "it's fine, I'm going to go take a shower you can come in if you want" I said "I'll pass I have a long day today and I have to go get ready for it, see you Monday?" He asked "Probably not" I said "yeah I thought so, well call me at least I want to make sure your ok" he said I nodded and he made his way back to his car as I walked up to the door.

When I walked in the house I saw Miss Andersons at the door waiting for me with a pissed off look on her face. "You" she said "Me" I replied as I shut the door "What the hell is wrong with you?!, you left me at the restaurant" she shouted, I just stood there quietly waiting until she was done before speaking.

"I know.....it was wrong and I'm sorry" I said "Real mature-.....wait what?" She said "I said I'm sorry" I repeated she looked taken back by my words as she looked me over "What happened to you?" She asked looking at my shabby appearance "Nothing, I'm fine" I said before making my way upstairs, just as I was going up Phoebe Miss Andersons friend was walking down. "Hey Grace" she said but I just gave her a nod and continued on my way.
