the beginning arc ends and the revenge play starts. flash forward to a couple more years, kotori akiyama is now 17. mizuki is 16 while yuuki gone overseas for fashion design.
kotori has continued to act, becoming sort of a well known actor, but not well known enough. she plans to strengthen her efforts, to find yuu kamiki and make her pay for her wrongdoings. though she knew she wasn't directly involved in ai's murder, she felt the need to get revenge. to get justice for both her and ai.
kotori walked around youtou high school, a school that has a performing arts department, trying to find kana arima. the tsundere redheaded girl had gone off somewhere. kana was one of the few people y/n talked to in her first year of high school.
eventually she heard the girl's voice and followed after it. she finds her talking to a couple of familiar looking blondes, speaking rather loudly and enthusiastically. she calmly walked over to them, speaking in her usual soft voice, "kana, why is it that i'm the one who always has to tell you to be quiet? honestly, you're so loud."
kana turned around to look at her. before she could retort something back, the blonde girl gasps loudly. "kotori akiyama?!"
the pinknette looks at her and then at the boy besides her. she feels a sense of familiarity but wasn't sure from where. the two blondes had stars in their eyes, almost resembling a certain someone.
kotori tilted her head slightly, "hm? have we met?"
"kotori, don't you remember aqua hoshino? from that one movie we did together?" kana then spoke up.
she then widens her eyes in realization, her mouth becoming an 'O' shape. "ah, i remember! sorry... i've been caught up with my own stuff since then." kotori rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly, smiling with her eyes closed. aqua and ruby nods in understanding. she opens her eyes, "so you two are enrolling in youtou high? are you both gonna be in the performing arts department?"
