kotori and aqua walked side by side, both wearing the youtou high uniforms. they both wore face masks so they wouldn't be recognized by the public.
"i wondered what was going on when you asked me to come in my uniform," aqua said as they walked. "so, what's up with that outfit?"
kotori chuckled softly. she fiddled with the pink bow, smiling, "don't you feel nostalgic... seeing me wear my school uniform?"
"if an alumnus wears it, it's nothing but cosplay, right?" the blonde questions. "are you okay with that?"
"don't be so nitpicky," kotori said. "i wanted to do it properly. going on a date in a uniform, that is."
aqua stopped walking, a faint blush forming on his face. "date...?" he repeated. "did you say "date"...?"
kotori was quiet for a moment. she turns her head to look at him, pulling down her face mask. "yes, i did," she said bluntly.
then, there was a moment of silence.
"hm... i see," aqua soon schooled his expression. "well, then. have you got plans for our date?"
"of course, i know what i'm doing," kotori smiled. she then takes out some baseball gloves and a ball from the bag she was holding. "ta-da!"
"...playing catch on a date? are you sane?" the blonde questioned.
"i can say the exact same thing... to aqua from two years ago," she said.
aqua's mind went back to the time they skipped school together.
"oh, well. i don't mind," he shrugged. "but things are different now. we're both well known. the public and tabloids are watching us closely. you can't just go to that park over there and play catch."
kotori smiled proudly, "heehee... don't worry, i've thought of everything. that's why i told you to come in a uniform."
