8. Reunions

An hour after the sports festival a confused Izuku walked to the teachers lounge with Momo holding on to his arm. "I wonder what All might wants with me" Momo shrugged "I do not know, however if you need me I'll be waiting outside the room for you", Izuku hugged and thanked the girl, during the hug Momo whispered in his ear "Thrud says she wants to be with you for this" Momo closed her eyes and focused in keeping her lipids contained as the lines over her body retracted back into nails, both she and Izuku glowed, and when it died down, Momo was still in her skinny form with only her nails being red.

when they arrived at the Teachers lounge Izuku knocked on the door "It's me Izuku, may a come in", All might's booming voice came from the door "of course my boy, please come in" with permission given Izuku walked into the room, he was surprised at who was with all might, he wasn't sure who this old friend all might was going to bring was, but this wasn't what he was expecting, although in hindsight he should have anticipated this

standing next to an all might who had changed into more casual clothes was a tall, lean, muscular man dressed in a suit and standing at an impressive 6'6¾" with sharp and features, he had a stern look on his face as he glared. it was All might's old sidekick, Sir Nighteye, and next to him was a shorter muscular blonde boy with Pure blue eyes, while tall in his own right, he was dwarfed by the other occupants of the room "I still think this is not necessary toshinori, Mirio here is clearly perfect for it we don't need to consider this fool" All might shook his head "no Mirai, while mirio is a good choice young midoriya is an equally good choice" Nighteye's scowl deepened as he faced Izuku again "sit" Izuku sat down as told, the others then did the same "so why did you call me here all might, and what's nighteye doing here with this student"

"Young togata, Young Midoriya, before I explain I ask that you not panic and keep what you see a secret" the two looked confused, but as they nodded steam erupted and the skinny bony form of all might was revealed. they boys exclaimed in union "All might, what happened to you". the old hero started to look his age as he sighed and held up his shirt "I obtained this injury many years ago when fighting my mortal enemy All for one"

(A/N I don't think he'd hide AFO's existence here as they're not some random kid on the street that clung onto him and he's planning on giving one for all to one of them so he has no need to hide things from them, nighteye would probably want everything out in the open to try and discourage Izuku of whom he doesn't have a high opinion on for the pure fact that he's a candidate for one for all)

"We fought to the death, i killed him, I caved his skull however in the process I sustained heavy damage to my lungs and stomach which put a limit on my hero time, i can currently use my hero form for 3 hours, but i can feel it, if i strain myself to much it will decrease" It was Mirio who spoke "All might why are you telling us this" the hero seemed to perk up a bit, "I am telling you this because I wish for one of you to become my successor" their eyes widened "whenever I was asked about my quirk, I redirected it with a joke, but the truth is the symbol of piece isn't born, it was created, long ago there were two brothers, one was the younger brother, he was sickly and quirkless while the other was born strong and had the ability to take and give quirks, the older brother quickly rose to power however he went down a dark path and when his younger brother tried to stop him he imprisoned him and gave him a stockpiling quirk to strengthen his body and turned those he supported against him, however this would end up being his undoing because the younger brother did have a quirk, he could pass on his own quirk, this quirk fused to create the quirk I currently possess, One For All, it has been passed down for the sole purpose of defeating the older bother All for one, I thought I succeeded in that task, however with the possibility of All for one still being alive, I need a successor sooner rather than later, so if I am to fall the quirk shall live"
