Flutter, Glisten, Dazzle, Shrimpo and Toodles!
Caretakers:
Brightney, Cosmo, Razzle, Teagan, and Vee!
Can be either a regressor or caretaker:
Boxten, Astro, Dandy, Goob, Rodger, Poppy, Scraps, Tisha and Shelly!

Sprout and Dandy
When Toodles regresses she usually regresses to around 1-3
If just Goob or Scraps is regressed the other likes being their caretaker. But they also like regressing together
Goob is usually Shrimpos caretaker but if he's busy Teagan will take care of him.
Shrimpo wishes he could be a caretaker for Goob but he's not very good with littles (he accidentally makes them cry)
Razzle is Dazzles caretaker. Regression really helps them bond. Astro usually helps since they both only have control over half their limbs.
Shrimpo tends to toss toys when he gets frustrated (not at people! Just in general) so he mostly plays with soft toys and plushies.
Toodles first regressed accidentally, she wasn't really sure what was going on but thankfully Rodger was there. So she felt safe.
Rodger doesn't regress often since he has to care for Toodles. But when he does he usually doesn't need a caretaker. He just likes the company.
Tisha usually doesn't like baking due to how messy it is. But when she's regressed she loves baking with Cosmo and Sprout!
Shrimpo is too embarrassed to regress around other Toons besides ones he trusts.
Flutter and Poppy like regressing together! Boxten usually watches them.
Vee is actually a surprisingly good caretaker.
Glisten absolutely CANNOT care for littles. But he doesn't mind playing with/watching them for a little bit.
Shrimpo and Astro both have Weighted Blankets they use for comfort when they don't have caretakers
A lot of the regressing Toons' Handlers were they're caretakers. So a lot of them weren't used to not having a caretaker.
Sometimes when he's regressed Shrimpo will play in Roblox sensory room private servers.
Glisten does Flutter and Poppy's makeup when their regressed!
If he tries to give toons dreams when he's little Astro sometimes give them nonsensical/silly dreams (He gets embarrassed over it)
Glisten doesn't regress very often but gets very clingy when he does.
Astro leans towards being a regressor more than a caretaker. He also makes bomb pillow forts.
Dandy rarely watches littles. He's never mean to them but he can be distant.
Regressed Shrimpo sometimes colors on walls (His own bedrooms walls)
Regressed Goob really likes Garfield (He has one of those bootleg fat orange cat plushies)
Dandy goes through the lost and found for random baby toys the regressors might like. (Their always washed for safety!)
Shortly before all the staff disappeared, right after Shrimpos previous handler got fired another Handler gave him a really big lion plush (like twice the size of himself) he gets especially clingy with it when he's regressed.
Regressed Goob, Toodles, Poppy and Scraps have massive sweet tooths. Cosmo bakes for them!
T!Glisten, especially when regressed (he regresses frequently) just follows whatever twisted is closest. T!Finn purposefully moves slower so he can keep up.
T!Teagan will break open T!Rodgers capsule if T!Toodles is regressed. (She likes being watched by him most)
Shrimpo, Boxten, Poppy and Astro are semi-verbal regressors
Teagan is the type of caregiver to pinch a littles cheeks
Tisha is the type of caregiver to peel apple slices and cut off crust for littles.
Astro has a lot of Nightlights. So he often lets littles use/borrow them.
