She was awoken early by her siblings.

Trystane would be joining Arianne in the tour of the castle and Sunspear. He'd decided that this was to happen at the earliest hour possible, which meant that as soon as the sun had fully risen, Ysira's curtains were thrown open and her little brother tapped her head relentlessly until she'd gotten out of bed and agreed to follow him.

Once readied (her brother giving her hardly any time to eat), he had Quentyn and the eldest Sand Snakes summoned to join them, the four youngest still asleep and scheduled for training that would occur during their tour. Obara, Nymeria, Tyene, and Quentyn stood in a perfect square around Arianne, Trystane, and Ysira, the oldest of which walked with her arm around Ysira, showing her the important parts of the castle and declaring that they would be riding a carriage to the Water Gardens to break fast there and enjoy each others' company.

Arianne was glad to fill the air with her words, talking all about the memories she had of Ysira (those were many, while Ysira's memories of her and the Sand Snakes were few) and telling them about Trystane while he complained that he could tell them perfectly well on their own. Without a bit of hesitation, she told them that handsome men were her one great weakness, especially when they were considered forbidden fruit or had an air of adventure. It was clear to Ysira that Arianne was not a shy person in the slightest– she would use her looks to get what she wanted and she was very good at it. Ysira wished she had her sister's bravery.

Her imagination had no limits nor did her tongue. She reminded Ysira more of her uncle than her father, which must have been attributed to the fact that Arianne could not bring herself to be quiet and patient the way Prince Doran was. Arianne liked wanting things and liked figuring out the best way to get it. She was as fierce-tempered as Ysira, in stark contract with both Quentyn and Trystane, the former of whom had yet to be angered by anything and the latter of whom took everything with an optimistic mind.

She very easily got the others spilling secrets that Ysira wouldn't have expected to hear from them until at least a week after knowing each other. Obara admitted that she liked having both men and women seek her affections, only for her to turn them away for the slightest inconvenience they posed. She was much more hot-tempered and very drawn to wine, which she liked drinking the majority of the time with the women she chose to entertain– though she could tolerate men, she preferred submissive girls.

Nymeria was equally as sexually curious and did not discriminate either– she liked both men and women but only men and women who would let her seize control. She didn't only use her hidden knives in a fight, she used them in bed as well, concealing them beneath her shimmering lilac robes and using them to either cut someone loose after she'd tied them to her bed and kissed every inch of their body until they were begging her to stop overstimulating them, or sometimes she'd even cut the person with them and let them give into the pain some people seemingly craved.

In an effort to demonstrate just how good she was with her hidden blades, she flicked one at Ysira out of nowhere, but Ysira merely raised a brow as Nymeria tucked the blade under her chin, gesturing to Quentyn, who already had his spear pointed at Nymeria's head from the slightest move toward his sister.

Tyene was much like Arianne, given how close they were. She didn't actually seem to like Prince Doran very much, though Ysira wondered if that had more to do with the fact Arianne had recently quarreled with him thinking he meant Quentyn to succeed her. She and Arianne had lost their maidenheads at the same time and apparently with the same person, a friend Arianne would soon be introducing to Ysira. Tyene spoke highly of Ellaria Sand, though the woman was not her mother.

She said that Ellaria had been the one to introduce her to the man Tyene currently had as a lover, an experienced sailor that excited her quite a bit. Trystane didn't seem at all surprised by the things she started to say about this sailor, things Ysira had never heard anyone say so openly about their partner. She'd not asked to know exactly what the man's cock looked like, but Tyene had painted a picture in her mind that she had to shake away, wondering why her cousin even knew so many words to describe a man so.
