Twentieth First Chapter

Sa kabila ng nangyari sa akin, we won, we got the trophies. Hindi ko nga lang sulit ang last game dahil hanggang sa natapos ang ceremony nasa upuan lang ako o kaya nasa wheelchair, even in our group picture together with our coaches and staff nasa wheel chair ako with trophy in my hand, and medal worn around my neck.

I don't know what happened next the next day I found out I stayed here at the hospital for examination.

"Reunion ba ito?" Napatingin ako sa pinto and saw Yshie with his boyfriend na umaalalay sa kanya. I rolled my eyes. Astig naman ng reunion niya.

"Where's the team?" She asked, I shrugged my shoulder. I don't know where are they, but I heard they have a plan.

I reached my phone on the countertop. Pagka-open ko ng data nag popped lahat ng messages sa phone ko, and that's one of my pinaka hate. I hate receiving lot of letters because I don't know how to reply. Tamad pa naman ako mag type sa phone.

Their message are full of pagaling kapitana, take care, congratulations kapitana, how are you kapitana? Ingat palagi Smashers, at marami pang iba.

Yshie and Luka seat on the couch. I let them, bahala sila sa buhay nila.

I scrolled on my social media and saw one of the post. It's not about me, but to the person related to me.

There's a post, it's Duke's picture. And then the caption is like this.

'I went here to watch the championship but ended up watching my future, hi to this guy mentioned his name if you know him,' that was written on her caption. I rolled my eyes, girl you wasted the ticket.

Nagulat ako nang biglang bumukas ang pinto and may pumutok na confetti, reason para mahulog ko ang cellphone siguromkami ko, diretsang tama sa ilong sa sobrang sakit, agad na nilapitan ako ng dalawa.

""Luhh your nose is bleeding call a doctor," nagpapanic na sabi niya, because she panic the rest panic as well. My eyes widened when Alexia went outside the room, and we heard that she call a doctor, then she came back, hila hila niya si Doc Alonzo. I want to laugh because of Duke's expression, he seems shock, but when his eyes planted on mine, he immediately walk towards me.

"What happened to you?" He asked his words are full of worries. I told him what really happened, after that, he check me up.

After checking unto me, he said na okay lang naman daw, tapos pinagsabihan niya pa ako na magpahinga ako huwag magselpon, I didn't know Duke is too way strict doctor. Can't believe may doctor na akong ka-batch. How about the others, my other classmates, how are they. Are they living what they wanted? Ako kasi I live the life fate wants for me.

"Magkakilala ba kayo?" Someone asked from my team, I don't who is she.

"Highschool batch," I answered.

"Oh he's famous in socials, remember the fan's post," Kyrstal said. So she already knew about that post. I saw how Duke brows furrowed, he literally had no idea what's happening to socials.

"Let's not disturb doc, thanks doc for checking me up and sorry if you were dragged," pasasalamat ko at pag sorry ko.

"It's okay my first priority is to check patient no need to feel sorry, congratulations by the way for getting the trophy again," sambit niya, tumingin pa siya sa lahat, after he roamed his eyes around, sa akin siya tumingin.

"Rest Reivien," sabi niya, he's still worried. I smiled and nodded.

"Don't worry doc, mapapanood mo pa ako sa court," sabi ko then chuckled.
