PERSONAL CHEF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Personal Chef Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of 13th of April 2019, by and between De Angeli's Enterprises ("Employer"), and Yulia Alexia Romanov ("Chef"). Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Employment and Duties

1.1 Position: The Employer hereby employs the Chef as a Personal Chef.
1.2 Duties: The Chef agrees to prepare three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for the Employer and any designated family members or guests. The Chef may also be requested to prepare snacks or additional meals. Any additional meals or snacks beyond the standard three meals will be compensated based on the cost of a comparable meal at a high-end restaurant.
1.3 Residency: The Chef shall reside in the Employer's home to facilitate the efficient performance of their duties. A private room and necessary amenities will be provided by the Employer at no additional cost to the Chef.

2. Compensation

2.1 Hourly Rate: The Chef shall be compensated at a rate of $35 per hour for all hours worked, including the time required for meal preparation, grocery shopping, and any related duties.
2.2 Additional Meals: Compensation for any additional meals beyond the standard three will be based on the equivalent cost of the meal at a high-end restaurant.
2.3 Payment Schedule: The Chef shall be paid bi-weekly, with payments made via direct deposit or check, as agreed upon by the Parties.

3. Grocery Shopping and Expenses

3.1 Shopping Card: The Employer shall provide the Chef with a credit or debit card to be used exclusively for purchasing groceries and any other necessary supplies for meal preparation. The Chef shall ensure that all purchases are necessary and reasonable, and shall provide receipts for all expenses incurred.
3.2 Budget: The Chef is expected to maintain an efficient and cost-effective approach to grocery shopping, balancing quality with cost.

4. Work Schedule

4.1 Hours of Work: The Chef is expected to work a flexible schedule as required to meet the Employer's meal needs. The standard workweek shall be approximately 40 hours, but may vary based on the Employer's schedule and any special events.
4.2 Time Off: The Chef shall be entitled to 2 days off every week, chosen by the employer.

5. Residency Requirements

5.1 Living Arrangements: The Chef shall be provided with accommodation at the Employer's residence, including a private room and access to all necessary facilities.
5.2 Privacy and Conduct: The Chef agrees to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the Employer's household and guests, and shall conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

6. Confidentiality

The Chef agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and private information of the Employer, including but not limited to dietary preferences, health information, and family matters.

7. Termination

7.1 At-Will Employment: This Agreement constitutes at-will employment, meaning that either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7.2 Final Payment: Upon termination of this Agreement, the Employer shall provide the Chef with a final payment for all hours worked and any unpaid expenses.
