Alessandro's mind raced as Yulia sat on his bed, looking small and uncertain. She was in his room, close enough for him to reach out and touch, and the temptation to do so gripped him hard. His instincts screamed at him to act, to close the distance, but something in her demeanor stopped him cold. She was worried, her usual shy self, and whatever it was had to be serious. After all, they had left her in Leonardo's care.

His eyes traced her features, searching for clues. Then, she whispered, her voice so soft he barely caught it. "Leonardo almost kissed me."

The words hit him like a slap. He almost choked on the whiskey he'd just sipped, his eyes going wide. Leonardo? Of all people? Matteo, sure—he expected Matteo to push boundaries, to act on impulse—but Leonardo was always the one with more self-control, the one who kept things level. Alessandro sat stunned for a second, his mind scrambling to process the situation. His thoughts ran wild—was she upset? Did it make her uncomfortable? He glanced at her again, the uncertainty on her face deepening.

"And he's married," she finished, her voice a quiet confession, and everything clicked. Alessandro nodded slowly, his mind finally catching up. Of course, that would be the issue. Yulia was sweet, innocent, and deeply respectful of boundaries. Leonardo's actions had thrown her off balance.

"I see," Alessandro said, his voice low as he got up and moved to sit beside her on the bed. He hated how clumsy his English felt in moments like these, how inadequate he was at expressing the right thing. "That... not good." His words were thick, unpolished, and he winced internally. Why hadn't he focused more in his English classes? Now wasn't the time for regrets.

Her shoulders sagged slightly, and he could see the uncertainty in her eyes. Alessandro swallowed, his heart pounding as he ventured carefully into dangerous territory. "Do you... uhm... like Leo?" His voice was quiet, testing the waters, but the heavy silence that followed told him everything he needed to know.

"Oh," he breathed, the word barely audible, as excitement stirred deep inside him. He tried to keep his expression neutral, to hide the bubbling thrill that was rising within him. It wasn't just relief—it was something more. Something that made his pulse quicken. But he had to be careful, for her sake. She was delicate, and this situation was fragile.

Still, the mere idea of her feeling something for Leonardo—feeling something for them—set his mind spinning in ways he hadn't expected.

Alessandro watched as Yulia threw herself onto his bed, her body stretching out in a way that made his heart race. Her hair fanned out across his pillow, a wild cascade of curls that looked even more tempting than before. The soft, loose blouse she wore barely clung to her frame, making her breasts appear smaller than usual, but that didn't stop the rush of heat that spread through him. He licked his lips without thinking, the urge to touch her overwhelming. His mind filled with a thousand thoughts, each more dangerous than the last. He could already feel his body reacting, but he clenched his jaw, closing his eyes tightly, trying to steady himself.
