18: hidden in plain sight

{NONES POV}

It had been three days, the stations plan was always being wrong even if Shiona gave the odds and achieve. They failed two times! They planned on going to a abandoned park to be interrupted with footsteps, they had to hide behind a giant tree!. The second was when they were going to a family diner to give each other the plan just to be followed and the diner was attacked!.

They held another meeting but they called each other about it not discuss it somewhere. Tooru was worried that it will happen again... He had his disguise on, and Ayume had glasses on with a hat. They were going for breakfast.

Temari was escording the two with Shiona with them, Adam was walking behind them. Temari was looking around their surroundings, being conscious about their surroundings before finally arriving to a cafe.

The cafe was not famous or to horrible, it was a normal looking cafe. They all went inside and headed to the counter.

Shiona approached the counter and held out a card before speaking.

"Detective Shiona, I placed an order?"

Shiona asked as she smiled at the person Infront of her as she took the card, examining the card before looking back and forth to Shiona and the card before nodding.

"This way"

She said leading them to the back of the store, the group followed Shiona and the lady as they head to the back of the store.

They were Infront of a door, the lady opened the door revealing a room with tables and chairs. It was a secured room.

Adam whistled before they all took a seat.

"I'll tell you all if a suspicious someone is entering the store, that is the cams if you want to be sure"

The lady said pointing to the cams before leaving the room closing the door. When the lady left the door they all started to discuss it all.

"Did you all feel a presence?"

Tooru asked them, they all shook their heads indicating a no for a answer.

"Did you all find it strange? They only followed us after we discussed it in the station? Did you all notice it?"

They all nodded at Ayume's statement or questions.

" Someone must be selling or is working with us while they are working with them. Meaning one of the police and detectives inside  the station are hearing and telling them"

Shiona said, Adam nodded before thinking about something.

"Well, Tonaki died.....he could be one of them"

Adam said as Temari eyed him

"Adam is right but we shouldn't assume something without even having evidence, Adam"

Temari spat as Adam was shocked at Temari's statement. Shiona intervened as she spoke.

"Come on Temari, I known Adam ever since high school! He is literally the one who never told secrets but talked with you to let it go. You should know that"

Shiona said defending Adam, who just smiled at her sympathetically. Tooru was thinking something, they all were arguing about the traitor.

" Wait, Adam is maybe right. Ever since Tonaki entered the room...our discussions have been more, publicated..... It seems like it"

Tooru said as Adam nodded while Temari calmed down with Shiona. Ayume watching it all looked at the cams.

"Hey guys! Look at the cams"
