22: meet up

{NONES POV}

The pure silent. The wind flowing and the sound of the water below them suddenly became silent after Iwaizumi spoke up.

"Please..."

Was the next thing he said before really paying his full attention to Oikawa who looked at the distance.

"Iwa.....chan"

"I miss that nickname..."

"Kawa, look I'm sorry About all the things that you saw, I don't know what got to me. I blame myself about those incident and I don't even know if you would forgive me, I'm very sorry Kawa. I...love you very fucking much, I'm crying and nervous about our meet today, I never knew I would see you again. I...I ..ii, Kawa I'm sorry I didn't reach you in time. Kenji was a dick, I don't even like him, he blackmailed me on dating him again....I felt so helpless Kawa....I I"

Iwaizumi was there, in the verge of tears. Kawa watched as Iwaizumi was right there breaking down before placing a hand on top of Iwaizumi's shoulder

Iwaizumi stopped with his talking ang looked at Oikawa. Oikawa sighed before talking.

" I know that, but, half of it was really my fault, I was the one commiting su!c!de and I was the one who agreed on the secret, so don't feel bad"

Oikawa said with calmness plastered on his voice. Iwaizumi calmed down but still tense about how Oikawa forgave him so easily.

He smiled at  Iwaizumi, his signature smile before speaking again.

"But right now, I want your presence, Iwa-chan"

Oikawa said before leaning closer to Iwaizumi who placed a hand on Oikawa's shoulder as they stand there silently enjoying each other's presence.

But they were greatly interrupted by a phone call from Oikawa. The brunette was annoyed but knows that it's important so he picked the phone up.

"Hey ne-san, why'd you call?"

Oikawa asked as Iwaizumi guessed that it was his big sister temari. She sound abit upset about something but Iwaizumi didn't try speaking since it will blow their cover.

"I want you back Kawa, it's already night and Shiona found something out"

Temari's voice is heard before she hung up on Oikawa. Oikawa sighed knowing there little meet up was interrupted and will wait for another for another.

"So, you going back?"

Iwaizumi asked calmly but with a hint of sadness lingering on his voice, Oikawa only nodded before the two stopped leaning against the railings.

Iwaizumi offered Oikawa to walk with him as Oikawa happily agreed and they walked out the park, they had some bits and bits of small talk as they walked out the park and to the sidewalk.

"And yeah, that's about it"

Oikawa said with a chuckle remembering that memory, he and Iwaizumi walked out the park earlier and they started to walk home. But since Oikawa and him are in a place where no one would be on this hour they slowed their pace as they took their time going back to their secured privacy.

The two walked peacefully as they talked in a hushed voice while walking at the sidewalk. They were at peace.

Oikawa stopped for a moment, Iwaizumi noticed it and stopped as well as he looked back at Oikawa before speaking up.

"Is something wrong Kawa?"

Iwaizumi questioned at Oikawa who just shook his head and looked at Iwaizumi's eyes. Oikawa did speak up after awhile.

"Yeah, just something"

He said before walking back at Iwaizumi's side.

"I never knew you would be this worried Iwa-chan! Your inner Filipino is really showing up!"

"Tumahimik ka jan"

Iwaizumi said in Filipino while Oikawa tried to process the words of Filipino in his head.

"Eh?"

Iwaizumi said speaking Filipino on the last sentence. Oikawa was still processing what Iwaizumi said since he didn't understand what he was saying.

"Wait— did you insult me?!"

Oikawa asked dramatically while placing a hand on his heart before speaking up.

"You wound me!"

" Alam ko, mahal. Pero, talaga miss na miss kita kahit kung hindi mo alam ang sinasabi ko. Gusto ka pa, mahal, at Ikaw lang talaga ang aking naiisipan noon nawala ka saaking puso. Ayaw ko pong aalis ka nanaman, mahal. Hindi ka aalis, please"

Iwaizumi said calmly to Oikawa who didn't understand any of the words that came out of Iwaizumi's mouth. Oikawa looked back at Iwaizumi before speaking.

"Can you translate that please"

Oikawa said with puppy eyes and a lovely smile as he asked Iwaizumi to translate the words he just said.

Iwaizumi being Iwaizumi looked away blushing since he clearly knows what he said and not wanting to tell Oikawa because it was to damn embarrassing for him. Instead Iwaizumi spoke up.

" It's nothing bakakawa"

Oikawa wined when Iwaizumi didn't want to translate the full ass essay he told him about but still glad that he didn't hear it tho.

By the time the two started to walk again, they heard a car driving pass them before another drove pass them again.

"Looks like there are a lot more cars"

Oikawa said as he put on the hood of his hoodie on, Iwaizumi nodded before looking back at Oikawa before noticing something strange.

But before he could react, something or someone pushed pass them and Oikawa fell to he side on the road, it seemed time had slowed down.

Everything happened so quickly, Oikawa widened his eyes knowing there was a car driving by and Oikawa knows that he will be hit. Everything was in slow motion, the one who pushed Oikawa seemed to disappear or runned away.

Iwaizumi widened his eyes seeing Oikawa pushed to the side and was going to be hit by a car. Time was wasting, and on the flick of time andrenaline was the only thing that made them moving.
