BRR! - A Sturniolo Triplet Special

i be eating these ideas up like breakfast. short one for today tho cause i needed a break from writing (most of these take me one week to write)

I bounced Rory on my hip as we jogged up the stairs from Chris' room. This was Rory's first ever Halloween and I needed everything to be perfect. Rory was born a few days into November, she technically she was almost one. Rory was my first child, my baby. Halloween had always meant a lot to me growing up as a kid. Sometimes time's were tough and we didn't really have a lot of money. Me and my family would get together, using stuff we already had and using our brains to curate the perfect and most memorable costumes. Honestly, sometimes those were even better than the store bought ones, but the kids at school would make fun of us for not being able to afford 'real costumes'. This year I made it my mission to make Rory's first Halloween memorable for all of us. Not only was this my baby, but she was Chris' first baby, and his two brothers were first time uncles. 

"Here's the baby, I'm gonna run to the store to grab an extra bag of candy." i said, grabbing the car keys from Chris' back pocket, and handing Rory over to him at the same time. Chris reaches out, holding Rory on his hip, and grabs my wrist stopping me. "Hey, hey, slow down there mama, we've got enough candy to give a dentist nightmares." Chris eases, pulling me onto his lap. He was sitting down at the table. "Chris, I want to make sure everything is perfect tonight." Chris smiles and places a kiss on my lips. "It's gonna be perfect, huh, tell mama it's gonna be perfect." Chris uses his strength to bounce Rory, who starts laughing and babbling. I lean onto Chris' shoulder. "Yeah... Okay fine."

"I should probably get us changed then." even though it was only a little after 11 AM, I wanted us all to go as the Addams Family. Rory was going to be Wednesday, I was Morticia, and Chris was Gomez. Chris looked fucking hot in a suit also, so double win for me. 

I bought Rory a black dress and had a white top to go underneath. I also put some black leggings on her to keep her warm, frilly white socks, and shiny black, strappy shoes. I was wearing a dress very similar to the one Morticia often wore. I knew there was going to be a lot of walking and carrying baby, and I felt like wearing any form of heels in the dark was a bad idea. So I decided on some black flats instead. Chris was wearing a black and dark grey suit, and some nice black shoes also. 

Not only was this a Halloween costume, but this was also going to be our way of announcing our second baby. Chris and I had a very private party, just my parents, his parents, Justin, the boys, Rory and I. We decided on a cutting the cake kinda thing, celebrating now having a boy and a girl. We were going to be announcing our 'Pugsley'. 

Chris let us off his lap, and we all three went downstairs to his room to get ready. When we emerged a little while later, Nick and Matt were also ready. Nick dressed up like Lurch, the butler, and Matt was supposed to be Uncle Fester. (I can so imagine Nick being Lurch for Halloween idk why (he'd probably find him hot LMAO)) "Okay, let's take some pictures." I had set up the table to reveal our second baby, the reveal completely inspired by the Addams Family of course. (some of the pictures are actually the actor/actress playing morticia and gomez lol)

A few days later, I decided to post these pictures we took that night.

this past year with christophersturniolo has been blissful, we decided to add another hellion to the family. rory was the easiest baby i ever had and a joy to watch grow up these past few months. i'm so excited to give her a baby brother.
