The night gives way to the dawn, bringing with it the hope of a new day, a new chance at life in the endless cycle of existence. Yet, not everyone is blessed with this renewal; for some, each day is merely a continuation of the same hell.

A beautiful face rests peacefully in slumber, hugging the pillow with an innocence that only enhances his allure. As he turns to his side, the sunlight brushes against his face, causing him to groan in mild irritation.

Rubbing his hands over his eyes, he opens his arms, only to see the sun, which, like an insistent alarm, tries to wake him up. For a moment, he gazes at the sky, watching as white clouds spread across it. Birds fly in formation, their chirping adding to the morning's beauty. He sighs, still lying down, before finally sitting up on the bed. His eyes drift toward the large window as he slides his feet into slippers, then stands and heads toward the bathroom for his morning routine.

"Hyu...ng..."

A tiny voice reaches his ears, making him turn in its direction. His sleepy eyes widen as he sees a man with a pale face, weak body, and buckling knees, struggling to stand.

Yet, with all his remaining strength, the man stands there, looking at him with tired eyes.

He stared at him with blank eyes, taking in the sight before him.

"Hyun...g,"
the sweet yet tired voice echoed again, pulling him from his thoughts.

The elder continued to stare, his mind suddenly recalling the events of the previous night. His gaze sharpened as he looked at the frail figure before him.Without uttering a word, he turned and walked away, entering the bathroom and leaving the trembling, exhausted figure standing alone in the corner.

After half an hour, he emerged from the bathroom wearing a bathrobe, his hair still wet. He walked toward the dressing room without making eye contact with the younger man.Once ready for the day, he returned, picking up his watch and fastening it around his wrist, still ignoring the man who looked at him with pleading, puppy-like eyes.As he moved toward the door, preparing to leave, a soft voice broke the silence.

"Hy... ung. A... mmm... Sor... ryy.

"The quiet, trembling words reached his ears just as his hand was about to turn the doorknob. He froze, his legs and hand halting in mid-motion. He turned to see the younger man, his pleading eyes meeting his gaze. His heart pounded in his chest, but his expression remained blank. He moved closer to him, and Jungkook, drained of energy and with half-open eyes, looked up at him. His mind was clouded from exhaustion and the punishment he had endured the previous night.

Tae looked down at him. "Go, take a bath and come down quickly. We’ll leave soon," he said in a deep voice. Jungkook, with his doe-like eyes, nodded slowly.

Tae slowly stepped back, opened the door, and left without a word.

Jungkook attempted to take a step forward, but his legs trembled violently, causing him to stumble and collapse to the ground. A cry of pain escaped his lips as his body ached with excruciating intensity, his back and waist throbbing as if they had been mercilessly beaten. Tears welled up in his eyes, spilling down his cheeks.

He dragged himself toward the bed, grasping the edge as he rested his head against it while sitting on the floor. Closing his eyes, he tried to compose himself, struggling to gather the strength he needed to go downstairs.

His hands moved to his legs, and as soon as his fingers pressed against his calves, a sharp pain shot through them, causing him to cry out silently. With gentle fingers, he massaged his legs for a while, then sighed deeply. Slowly, he pulled himself up, standing with difficulty, and took cautious steps toward the bathroom.
