A man sits on the bed, a soft, satisfied small tiniest invisible smile on his face as his  hand gently taps the tiny body curled up on his lap. Her eyes lovingly admire the small figure, nestled comfortably. The room is filled with the soothing, melodic sound of gentle sucking, as the little one is peacefully having her food, content in her mother's embrace.

His eyes remain fixed on her, captivated by her chubby cheeks and long lashes resting peacefully against her skin. He knows his little angel is drifting into dreamland.

As she falls deeper into sleep, he gently tries to lay her down on the bed. His heart aches with the desire to hold her close, to protect her from any harm, to shield her within himself. But he can't—another life is already growing inside him, slowly and peacefully .

His soft lips press a tender kiss on her smooth cheeks, and her little hand stirs, as though reaching out to touch him in return. He holds her a little tighter, reluctant to let her go just yet.

Just as he begins to lower her onto the bed, he stops when she mewls in discomfort. His expression changes, concern flooding his face as he notices the slight frown on her baby face, the discomfort evident even in her sleep. He hesitates, not wanting to disturb her rest any further.

He carefully lifts her back onto his lap, gently guiding her tiny face toward his chest. But when she tries to suck and finds nothing left, she begins to cry softly. His concern deepens, his brows furrowing as he quickly shifts her to the other side. Lifting his shirt, he places her tiny mouth on his other nipple, and almost immediately, her cries fade into the familiar sound of hungry sucking, as if she hadn’t already been feeding for half an hour in the gap of few minutes between.

He exhales, relief washing over him as he watches her calm down, her small, warm body nestled against his. Her tiny fingers brush against his skin, sending a light tickling sensation through him. He smiles down at her again, feeling that deep, unshakable love, his heart full as he cradles his little one.

“Bunny...”

Kook’s quiet admiration was interrupted by the voice, his head snapping up as he saw a tall man, Jin, entering the room. Instinctively, he reached for the soft cloth beside him, quickly covering both himself and the tiny baby cradled in his lap.

Jin smiled gently at the sight. “Sorry, I didn’t know she was here,” he said softly, though his gaze flickered with concern as he noticed the nervousness in Kook's eyes.

“Bunny?” Jin called again, more tenderly this time.

Kook lifted his lashes, meeting Jin’s concerned expression. “he called me... they’re coming,” Jin explained, his voice tentative, as though unsure of how to approach the delicate moment.

Kook’s face remained emotionless, the same neutral expression he wore almost always. But beneath that calm exterior, only one person  knew the soft invisible smile on his face —the tiny baby feeding slowly in his arms, her presence grounding him in ways nothing else could.

“It’s... it’s...” Jin hesitated, his voice almost a whisper. “I need to take her.”

His eyes dropped to the baby, still nursing gently, her small form curled up against him. His gaze met Jin’s again, and Jin’s expression softened, though sadness lingered in his eyes. He nodded, understanding what Kook needed to do.
