Chapter 19- Complications

Sex, it's all Law could think about lately, Law wouldn't say that his libido is particularly high or anything but he's been all pent up lately. Luckily this pent up energy might be released today, Luffy had invited him to his house since his brother's are gone. Which means it's the perfect opportunity.

Law pulls up to the house, palms sweaty as he knocks on the door. As soon as the door opens he is dragged in and pinned to the wall he looks down two brown doe eyes. " I'm tired of getting interrupted so let's get to the good part already." Law grabs luffy by the wrists and switches their positions. "Sounds good to me." Law bends down giving luffy a passionate kiss, their tongues fighting for dominance, the kiss heating up their bodies from top to bottom. Law grinds on Luffy as he moans into the kiss. They desperately cling onto each other as the kiss only gets deeper and the door bursts open. " Luffy get your ass out here!" the orange haired woman yells with a group of people behind her. There's no way that Luffy can get out of this predicament.

The group was silent "look I-" "what...the...actual...FUCK LUFFY!"

"cats outta the bag I guess." luffy gives an awkward chuckle obviously uncomfortable. Law notices and bends down towards Luffy's ear.

" We can continue later. Do you want me to leave?" Luffy immediately shakes his head no.

"Okay I'll stay."

"So are you gonna let us in or what?"

"yeah."

They walk to the living room sitting down and the orange haired woman is the first to speak, "so this is the reason you've been barely talking to us for the past three months." The woman crosses her arms clearly already agitated with luffy.

"Look nami I just-" the woman cuts luffy off before he can finish.

"What, you wanted to ditch your friends for some man?"

Luffy furrows his eyebrows, "Torao is not just some guy!"

"Well I guess he's not just some guy since you were willing to ditch your friends for months," Nami says with venom laced in her voice. She looks over to law. Inspecting him. Noticing the tattoos all over his body.

" Torao's your name right?"

"It's Law."

"Yeah whatever, how old are you anyway? you look older than us."

"I'm twenty seven."

"Twenty seven! Luffy are you crazy?!" Nami yells at Luffy.

" I'm not crazy, it's not that big of a deal." Luffy defends

"You're still in college Luffy!"

"So what?" Luffy was getting more and more upset.

"He's in a different stage of life. He's probably just playing around with you and ready to ditch you when he finds someone to settle down with."

"Torao has been serious about this relationship and so am I!" Nami rolls her eyes.

" Let's be serious here. All you do is play around and when you do get serious They leave you cause you have slept around too much."

"Don't even play that card. You Know how scared I am of leaving someone behind."

" Oh please, your last boyfriend died because of some illness so you decided to become a slut." Luffy slaps Nami in the face she cups her cheek,

" don't ever talk about Leo like that." Luffy's eyes were watery, the tears stung his eyes as he tried to hold them back. The memory was still bitter, the smile he had on his face before closing his eyes for the final time was forever ingrained in his mind.

"Get out." Luffy says firmly. Nami opens her mouth to say something but luffy cuts her off his face furious his eyes dead cold,

"Get out. Now." shivers were sent down the group's spine as they walked out.

Luffy sits down as he hears the door close, "I...'' Luffy couldn't find the words to say. He was in shock; he'd never seen them act like that before, especially nami.

Law bends down and hugs him. He's not the hugging type but he knows luffy needs it right now. Luffy slowly wraps his arms around law squeezing him tightly. Law feels the teardrops on his shoulder making him only squeeze tighter. They stay like that enjoying each other's warmth. Law's scent of smoked wood and pine trees soothes his heart. He wishes he could stay in Law's arms for all eternity, hearing his sweet whispers of affirmation, sharing his warmth, inhaling his scent. Luffy felt like everything would be okay as long as he was in Law's arms. It only makes him sob more, his friends didn't even give him the chance to show what made Torao so special to him. And what made his stomach turn was that nami was supporting it at first. Did she just think it would be a little one night stand? Did she really think he was unserious about being in a long term relationship? Was he really a sl-

His spiral was cut off by a reassuring squeeze from those strong arms he so desperately wanted to hold him for the rest of his days. He'll just stop thinking and live in Law's warmth for now.
