Looking at the pendant around my neck, memories flow into my mind. But I can't see the face of the other who wore the same pendant as me.

"Promise you'll play with me again, tomorrow." The voice of a young girl was heard. A vivid image of the girl who stuck her pinky finger out. Should I make the promise with her?
"I promise." I reluctantly replied her. The girl smiled brightly. "Then, we should meet again in the park!" The girl opened her eyes as she looked at me. Her eyes were pretty. It was emerald. It's familiar too.
The sound of the alarm ringed through my ears. "Young Master, it's time to wake up." Oh right. It's my first day of school today. "Did you have a great sleep?" Looking at the butler, I nodded. "Yes, I did. America's weather is perfect for my slumber." The butler chuckled as he opened the curtains, letting some sunlight into the dim lit room.
"You should get ready now. Young Miss Jungeun is already having breakfast down stairs." I nodded and got out from bed. "Thank you. I'll be down after I get dressed." The butler nodded. He bowed slightly before leaving the room. "A new school year in a new country.." I stood up from the bed and walked towards the full length mirror.
Yang Jungwon, is the name given by his parents. Starting a new school year in a whole new surrounding is pretty scary. Jungwon looked at himself in the mirror. His hazel eyes staring back at him. "America.. I wonder how the schools here work." He turned and went towards his closet to pick out his school uniform.
A white collared shirt under the black knitted vest with white outlines along with a black coloured coat with the school crest on the upper right. To match with it, long black pants and a navy tie under the vest, and most importantly, plain leather lace-up shoes along with white socks.
Jungwon tied his shoes before standing up straight and patted his coat. "Why are there so much layers? It's so stuffy." Jungwon pulled his collar slightly before looking at himself again in the mirror. "Not gonna lie, this uniform is really good on me." He tightened up his tie before walking towards his room door. He took his school bag and went out of his room.
