Alessia read through a book that spoke of the myth and legends of vampires and werewolves and how the moon and sun controlled their life.

An ancient Aztec curse that enslaves the vampires to the sun and werewolves to be servants of the moon. In order to break it there was a ritual, you need a vampire, werewolf and a human doppelganger.

For this to work you need a powerful witch to perform the spell.

"What are you reading?."

Alessia's eyes snapped up when she closes the book. She sees Klaus standing in the door way, the man is always gorgeous as ever and dressed to perfection.

"History." Alessia smiles waving the book as she stands up from her seat and setting the book on the table.

Klaus gives a half smile walking into the room. "You crave knowledge more than your sister."

"It's better to know something than know nothing at all." Alessia replies.

Klaus chuckles when he stood in front of Alessia. "I brought you something." He produces a box in the palm of his hand then opening it, it was a charm that was a Holy Trinity Celtic Knot, instead it was made of diamond.

"It's beautiful." Alessia gasps with a smile. "Rumor has it." Klaus walks to stand behind Alessia. "A beautiful princess once wore it to ward off demons." He moves Alessia's hair all to the other side of her shoulder.

"And you're giving it to me?." Alessia helps holding up her hair for him. "Of course." Klaus takes the necklace out of the box then securing it around her neck.

Alessia let's her hair fall back in place around her shoulders turning to face Klaus. "Thank you." She smiles.

Klaus tilts her head up gently by her chin with a smirk. "Why did you have to disobey me?." He sighs. Alessia looks at him confused. "What?."

"Running away...I loved you, all you had to do was," Klaus hand trailed down to her neck grabbing her throat with full force choking her. "Be apart of my ritual, to break the curse now.. you and your sister have royally pissed me off." He growls.

Alessia tried pushing Klaus off but nothing was working not even her magic. "It's been 500 years, and I'll find you, you're mine little witch."

Alessia's eyes snapped open sitting up in bed as she looked around her room in the old farm house. Her clothes clinged to her body from sweat.

She put her hand over her chest breathing heavily feeling her heart beat rapidly. She was safe and Klaus and his family wasn't around.

Alessia looked down as she still wore the necklace Klaus gave her. She kept it on with knowing he put vervain in the necklace.

Rumor has it that a princess wore it to ward off demons

He was the demon, Alessia thought to herself. "Why did Damon have to pull me out of that tomb I was safe in there from Klaus, a nightmare of a man." Alessia mutters to herself.

When Katherine and Alessia got kicked out of their home for Katherine getting pregnant, Klaus was the one who took them in.

He caught Alessia when she was trying to steal food for her and Katherine with them living on the streets. They were only teenagers, but staying with Klaus and his family only brought out the biggest secret why Klaus brought Alessia and Katherine into their home...it was to break the curse set on vampires and werewolves.

If it wasn't for Katherine finding that out and ripping Alessia from her bed to run for it...Alessia would've been dead and Katherine, their whole life has been about survival...when does it end?.
