"Oh, come on, it'd be fun if you tagged along." Elena smiles.

Alessia runs her fingers through Elena's hair loosening the curls that Alessia just did with the curling iron.

"I am not third wheeling a double date." Alessia chuckles. "How'd you get so good at hair and makeup?." Elena asks looking at the eye makeup in the bathroom mirror Alessia did on her.

Alessia let out a long breath through her nose. "Katherine, mostly, but when I was in my astral projection spell I spent a lot of time near salons as you people call them and just watching people over the years."

"You're very good at it." Elena gives a compliment. "Thank you." Alessia sprays the hairspray in Elena's hair to keep the curls nice and in place. "Now I just wish they had this stuff back then." She wiggles the hairspray bottle. "Would've done wonders."

"Stefan told me you saw Damon today." Elena looks at Alessia in the bathroom mirror.

Alessia finished styling Elena's hair looking back at Elena in the mirror. "Yeah, Pearl wanted to see him and it kinda went sideways so I helped him out."

"I thought you wanted to move on from him?."

Alessia heard the words that once left her mouth that she told Damon being repeated out of Elena's.

"You know like a really good food you love but you know you should stay away from?." Alessia asks Elena. "Yes." Elena answers. "That's Damon to me, he's in your life and Stefan's and if I want to be around I have to be okay with I'm going to see him." Alessia explains. "He's the drug I just can't quit because it's going to keep showing up."

The cold winter air was sharp though Anna's skin as she walked Pearl to Jenna.

Jenna was waiting outside of the building they were promised to meet her at. It was Grayson Gilbert's doctor's office, it's been in Mystic Falls for years and has been an original building.

"Miss. Sommers?." Pearl calls out.

Jenna looks up from her book turning to Pearl. "Yes, hi, Pearl." Jenna offers out her hand, Pearl shakes Jenna's hand in greeting. "Hi, this is my daughter Annabelle." Pearl introduces her daughter.

"Of course, Jeremy's friend." Jenna smiles at Anna. "Nice to see you, Miss. Sommers." Anna greets Jenna.

"Oh, please, call me Jenna." Jenna turns her attention back to Pearl. "This property was in my brother-in-law's family for generations." Jenna explains pulling out the keys for the building.

"It's one of the original structures in Mystic Falls." Jenna puts the key in the lock turning it. "Used to be one of those old fashioned drug store thingies."

"An apothecary?." Pearl asks. "Yeah, that." Jenna says. "You don't say." Pearl smiles fondly at the thought.

She used to run one back in 1864 and Alessia helped her with stocking or finding herbs to make her medicines with.

Anna's attention was somewhere else when she saw Jeremy across the street walking and listening to music with his headphones on.

"Sorry if it's a bit musty, no one's been in here for months." Jenna apologizes. "I'll use my imagination." Pearl chuckles. "Annabelle?."

Anna turns to her mother calling her. "Coming mother." Anna follows Pearl first into the building as Jenna follows behind.
