We all were busy with the party just when I noticed that Aadrika wasn't visible.

"Did you see Aadi?" I asked looking at Evara.

"No, she went with Arjun" Eva replied and I instantly started looking for Arjun.

Arjun was sitting at a corner with Rey, they get along better.

"Arjun, did you see Aadi?" I asked and he immediately got up.

"I didn't, oh shit!" He got up and ran away to find her.

"We'll get her uncle" Rey said and I gave a nod.

Rey is almost ready to get crowned now but Jonathan is waiting for him to find a wife first.

After a few minutes I saw Arjun dragging Aadi to come downstairs, she hates socialising.

She looked pretty in the dress, my princess can win all the hearts around her but she doesn't want to.

She walked down the stairs, holding Arjun's arm and I instantly walked towards them.

"I don't like this Baba Sa" She said earning a chuckle from me.

"Nobody does sweetheart, but let's pretend we like it" I said holding her close to me.

"Why do we pretend when we can just stay away? I hate these constant eyes on me" She muttered looking down.

"There's a reason behind that, you are so precious and pretty that you unknowingly hold the attention of everyone" I replied as we walked towards Evara.

"I hate this" Aadi grunt and just then someone stepped on her dress by mistake, it was Rey.

They looked at each other and didn't look away until Genelia called Rey to meet someone.

Aadrika looked concerned about herself for a minute, like she checked if her dress looked ok or not. My daughter has never been concerned or insecure about her appearance before.

"Evi, What's Rey's age?" I asked.

"27, why?" She questioned and I felt uneasy.

He should get married and Aadi should be taken back to India soon.

"Rey, what have you thought about marriage?" My wife asked and Rey looked at Aadi, what the fuck?

"I haven't planned Aunty, girls are tricky" He replied, Yeah! Come out as gay please...

"Nevan used to say such things, my mother explained him how this wasn't true and guess what? He turned my mom into his mother-in-law" My wife is so dead today.

I almost choked on the food and looked at her with widened eyes.

Rey was smirking, Where the hell is Jonathan?

We are thankfully back to India, Aadrika has applied at London's best Medical college and we aren't stopping her. It's her life, she can go anywhere she wants except Italy.

I saw Vaidehi walking in the palace, she gave me a wide smile which I returned.

"Khamma Ghani Hukum Sa" She greeted.

"Ghani Khamma, kitni baar kaha hai Hukum bolna band kardo ab" I said and she shook her head in a No.

"Kuch kaam thha?" I asked and she gulped audibly, is she nervous?

"Haa woh...Mai bhul gayi! Koi baat nahi, Papa se mil leti hu" She said and was about to walk in when I spoke.

"8 baj rahe hai, Parag toh 9 baje aata haina" I said and she stopped instantly.

"Arre Haa, koi nai! Mujhe kaam yaad ayega toh mai phir aa jaungi" She said and was about to leave when Aadi came running.

"Vaidehi Didi, you came! Come fast I have to show you my new dresses" She said and Vaidehi smiled.

"YEAH! DRESSES! I was here to see the dresses" She muttered and ran away with Aadi.

They are surely hiding something.

I waited for a few minutes and walked towards Aadi and Arjun's chamber.

I went to Aadrika's room and saw both the girls sitting and chatting normally but then I saw Arjun's phone lying on the bed.

"Arjun kaha hai?" I asked.

"Bhai Sa toh office gaye haina" Aadi replied.

I called on his number and the phone started ringing.

"Bhool gaye honge yaha" Aadi muttered and I knew something's fishy.

"I saw in the cameras, he is in his room with a girl" I said and he instantly came out of the washroom.

"Baba Sa, kuch bhi?" He spoke and I walked towards him.

"Chhup kyu rahe thhe?" I questioned and he smiled widely.

"I was pranking you" He replied.

"Aaj bach gaye ho, har baar nahi bachoge" I whispered to him and left the three alone.
