*Danielle's POV*
I wake up to Valentina getting out from the shower, she starts dressing up, I rub my eyes.
"Good morning darling" she greets me, I look over at the clock it's barely 6 am, yeah I'm definitely sleeping back after she's gone.
"Going in so early?" I ask her before turning on my side so I can watch her.
"It's not really early, but I have to go into La Clara and Powers firm too so I guessed it would be good to start early" she says as she finishes pulling her stocking up, I hum.
"You go back to work in 2 days, how do you feel about that?" she asks as she puts her skirt on.
"Actually really good, especially how we are going to San Francisco on Monday" I say, she stops dressing up for a second and gives me a questioning look.
"You are going to San Francisco? For how long?" she asks like this is the first time she's hearing this.
"For a week but we already talked about this" I say.
"No we didn't" she insists, "I must have told Ivy then" I shrug before closing my eyes again, Valentina scoffs.
"Yeah you must have" she finishes dressing up and storms over to her heels, she puts her stilettos on angrily.
"What's your problem?" I ask her not understanding what her deal is.
"I don't know, why don't you talk about that with Ivy too?" she snaps, I sit up on the bed.
"It was one thing I forgot to tell you" I say.
"No Danielle it wasn't" she says, "Ever since she's been here I've been going crazy, you don't talk to me, we barely have any time together because you're spending it all with her" she spits.
"Oh so what? You're jealous at my friend and now that's my fault?" I raise my voice.
"She is not your friend can't you understand that? Everyday- everyday I come home and I see her touching you, her flirting with you, she wants you, and I tried- I really tried letting this go and I held myself back all this time because she makes you happy but it kills me and it really hurts, so no Danielle, it's not about that one thing you forgot to tell me, but of course you didn't even think there was anything wrong that this maybe wasn't the best feeling for me, so I'm mad for a very valid reason" she finishes dressing up.
"Way to go Valentina, put all of this at me" I say, she takes a step back before something crosses her face.
"I have to go, have a nice day" she says before shutting the door after her.
I lay back on the bed and sigh, of course I noticed Valentina acting differently but I didn't think a lot from it.
My phone rings then, I see Ben calling me, I pick it up.
"Hey what's up?" I ask him.
"I was just calling about that meet up we planned, are we still on?" Ben asks me, oh the meet up.
"About that, I can't for a while, as you know Ivy is still here and I'm heading to San Francisco next week" I say.
"Okay, then we'll meet up after that, I have to learn anyway, medical school is a bitch" Ben says, I smile.
"Yeah" I say my mind is still on our earlier argument with Valentina.
"Everything okay?" Ben asks, I sigh "Me and Valentina got in a fight" I say.
"About what?" he asks me "About Ivy, she keeps insisting Ivy likes me" I say.
"Well does she?" Ben asks, I roll my eyes "No she doesn't" I say.
