Part 33

*Valentina's POV*

I pack up my stuff as I'm leaving Powers firm for today, I lock my office door behind me.

Zoey is still sitting behind her desk working on something "Hey Zo, are you done for the day?" I ask her.

She looks up giving me a smile "Oh not yet, I'll be done hopefully in an hour" I look down on my watch it's already past 8pm.

"No, you will not, you're done now" I say "Finish up for today you can always finish this tomorrow" I say, she gives me a grateful smile.

"Okay, I'll walk out with you" she says before getting her stuff and walking towards the elevator.

We get in the elevator "Have any plans for tonight?" I ask Zoey, she shakes her head "I'll probably just head home and sleep" she says smiling widely, I chuckle, this girl is always smiling.

"What about you? Any plans with Dani?" she asks intrigued, I hum "Yeah, I'm meeting her and her friend in an amusement park in-" I look down on my watch "10 minutes, so let's hope I make it in time" I say when I'd be really fine with skipping this charade all together.

Me spending time with Danielle while Ivy is there and constantly flirting with her is let's just say not my idea of a fun time, Zoey clearly notices but instead of commenting on it she starts saying "You have to try the roller coaster, it's so much fun, when you are up in the air it feels like you forget everything" she says smiling.

"Oh also the Ferris wheel, it's so cool looking down on everyone from up there" she keeps going probably to take my mind off from the fact I'm really not looking forward for this, I smile slightly as she keeps rambling.

"Thank you Zoey, really" I say, she knows I'm not talking about her giving me ideas but about her trying to take my mind of the thing that's bothering me, she nods smiling before we step out from the elevator.

"See you tomorrow boss" she jokes before walking away, I shake my head smiling before finding my car.

After 15 minutes I arrive at the amusement park, I start walking around trying to find Danielle and Ivy, two blonde girls next to each other, how hard can it be finding them?

After a while I spot them feeding each other cotton candy while laughing, oh how much fun I'm already having.

I walk over to them and I clear my throat, Danielle wraps her arms around me "Hi baby" she says before kissing me.

"May I?" I say to Ivy as I point to the cotton candy, she nods quickly before handing it over to me, I start eating the fluffy sugar.

"I want to go on the roller coaster there" Danielle says, I put my hand on her waist as we head over there.

We go to the roller coaster "I'm staying down here" I say, I'm really not in the mood for this.

"Come on" Danielle begs, I shake my head no.

"It's okay, I'll come with you Dani" Ivy says, oh hell no.

"On second note this seems fun" I say before taking Danielle's hand and sitting down in a seat on the roller coaster.

"Hold on tight" I say as the roller coaster starts moving, Danielle grabs my thigh, I smirk.

The ride is bumpy and fast, we are both screaming by the end of it "Oh my god" Danielle screams out as the roller coaster turns upside down, this really is fun like Zoey said.

Once we get off, both of us are laughing, "Ivy" Danielle shouts before going over to Ivy and hugging her "How was it?" she asks her, great, this was fun until now.
