I woke up to Chris's husky voice telling me to wake up

"I'm up, I'm up," I smiled

Chris and I FaceTime the whole night

Getting to know each other

I just left out the few details of my family being rich and my ex is Drake

I don't think I'm ready to tell him that

"What time is it," I asked wiping my face

My eyes widened

I literally forgot to tell him we were going to Drakes release party

"Well , I kinda sorta forgot to tell you, my dad invited us to go to Drakes album release party tonight,"

"Oh shit , how does your dad know drake," he asked

"That's another thing I have to Um tell you in person," I hesitated

"Ight, well you wanna go to the mall," he asked

"Okay just come over when you ready, I'm bout to go shower and all that," he said

Quickly jumping up , I walked into the bathroom turned on the shower , then stripped out of my clothes

After a solid 20 minutes in the hot shower, I turned the water off and wrapped the towel around my body

I walked into the room and grabbed a sundress from the bag I brought

I lotioned my body then put the dress on

I straitened up the room and grabbed my things

I noticed an envelope on my night stand so I picked it up and opened it

"Hey sweetheart,
You looked really tired , so I didn't wake you! Anyway here's my debit card and $400 for you to go shopping for the party tonight, you can choose between the two or just take them both , I love you, and can't wait to meet this boyfriend of yours.

He didn't have to give me money, but I wasn't going to turn it down

I knew my parents weren't home so I just walked out the house

It was hot out today and I'm so happy I decided on wearing this dress

I got into the car and shot Chris a text letting him know I was on my way there
