"What Seems to be the problem," The doctor asked

Jalizah didn't say anything, she just cried silently

I felt bad for her, she must be really scared of the Emergency Room

"She stepped on glass and there's a gash at the bottom of it," I spoke

The doctor lifted her foot and gasped

"Wow that is huge," he said

Duh nigga , why you think we here

"Um , this looks like she is going to need stitches," he said

That's all it took

Jalizah started yelling and screaming at the top of her lungs

"No , I wanna go home, I don't want to be here , I'd rather deal with it by myself," she screamed

"Jalizah , baby calm down, it's going to be okay ," I said

But she didn't care she kept talking

"Is it okay if I stay with her while you stitch her up," I asked

"If that's what she wants," the doctor answered

I tried to calm Jalizah down

"You want me to stay with you ," I asked

"No I want my daddy," she spat

"What does your dad do that I can't," I asked a little offended

"Sing to me, he sings to me to keep me calm, you can't sing , so I want my daddy," she said with a full blown attitude

"When do you think you could do the surgery ," I asked

"Right now, if possible for you," he said

I nodded my head

The doctor walked out the room and I pulled a chair up next to Jalizah

"Are you going to call my dad," she asked

"Do you trust me," I asked

"Yes," she said before looking at me like I was stupid

"I'm going to sing to you, while you get the stitches," I said

She burst out laughing, I'm guessing she doesn't believe I can sing

"Chris, it's okay,I don't want you to embarrass yourself, just call my daddy," she said

She has to find out one way or the other

"Okay I'll go call him," I lied

I walked out and pulled up the lyrics I wrote that were in my notes

I walked to the door and waved the doctor over to me

"Yes, " he asked

"Um , can you go ahead and get your tools together, and prepare her, I have a plan ," I said

He looked like he was scared to mess with her but started any way

I stepped out and prepared myself

Jalizah pov,

I was ignoring everything the doctor was saying to me

The only thing i could think about was what was taking Chris so long to come the fuck back

The door opened just as soon the doctor started to bring out his tools

"Chris, what did my father say," I asked

"He told me to put the phone on speaker and he will sing to you over the phone," Chris said

He looked nervous, but I could just be taking the way he is looking wrong

"Are you ready to begin," the doctor questioned

I took a deep breath closing my eyes nodding my head shortly after

Chris took his phone out and I heard music playing

Daddy usually doesn't have music, he just sings Acapella, but I went along with it
