During May, an exploit occured. Jules managed to score two points, meaning he ended ninth. Sadly, he finished the race eight but because of a penalty, he was relegated ninth. But he still had points so he didn't take it badly, the joy of bringing the first points of the season to his team and marking the first ever in his career. Jules and Julie celebrated all night together.

The second thing which brought joy to Julie that week-end, was that the race happened in Monaco, meaning that Charles was there, Monaco being his home country. Jules had gotten Charles and his family paddock passes for the whole week-end so Julie could watch the race with her best friend. Indeed, they were tied by the hip since they met, later on exchanging phone numbers when the both of them got a phone, making the relationship much easier to maintain with the distance.

They were cheering for Jules together, holding each other during the tense moments, jumping together when Jules finished in the points and later on, dancing together to the rythm of the music playing inside Nico Rosberg's house. Later on, people of legal age went to a famous club down the street while Charles and Julie stayed together at Charles's house, where Julie would spend the night. Pascale loved Julie like a daughter, she found her so kind, so lively, she considered her like the daughter she never had. Hervé also welcomed her in their household with open arms, acting like her father and making her feel at home as much as he could.

If you asked Julie where she felt most safe in her life, the three answers would be : with Jules, with Charles, wherever they are, and in the Leclerc house.

That night, when everyone was asleep except Charles et Julie, the two best friends got in the deepest conversation they ever had since they were children. They talked about the future and their dreams for hours.

« Tu sais Charlie, parfois quand je pense au futur, ça me fait peur. »
"You know Charlie, sometimes when I think about the future, it scares me."

« Pourquoi ? »
"Why ? You don't have a dream you want to achieve ?"

« Exactement. Autour de moi, il n'y a que des personnes qui savent ce qu'elles veulent faire plus tard. Tu veux entrer dans la F1, Jules le voulait aussi et l'a réussi, je veux dire, même Arthur qui n'a que 14 ans sait ce qu'il veut faire ! Alors que moi je suis juste là, scolarisée à la maison depuis toujours, à suivre mon frère à travers le monde pendant qu'il fait ce qu'il aime le plus au monde. J'ai peur de ne jamais trouver quelque chose qui me passionne autant que vous aimez la F1. »
"Exactly. Around me, there are only people who know what they want to do in the future. You want to get into F1, Jules wanted too and did, I mean even Arthur who's only 14 knows what he wants to do later ! Whereas I'm just here, home-schooled my whole life, following my brother around the world while he does what he loves most. I'm scared that I'll never find something that passionates me as much as you both love F1."

« Juju, d'abord t'as tord. Jules aime bien quelque chose encore plus que la F1 et c'est toi. Tu dois te souvenir qu'il laisserais tomber sa carrière sans l'ombre d'un doute si c'était ce dont tu avais besoin. Ensuite, juste parce que Jules, Arthur ou même moi, avons développé une passion pour le sport automobile pendant que nous étions enfants, signifie que tout le monde sait ce qu'il veut faire une fois adulte. Si tu ne sais pas ce que tu veux faire à 17 ans, c'est normal. Pense juste aux années devant toi, au temps que tu as pour trouver quelque chose que tu aimes. »
"Juju, first, you're wrong. Jules does love one thing more than F1, and that is you. You have to remember that he would drop his career without a doubt if it was what you needed. Second, just because Jules, Arthur or even I, developed a passion for motor sport while we were kids, mean that everyone knows what they want to do once they are adults. If you don't know what you want to do at 17, it's normal. Just think about the years ahead of you, how much time you have to find something you enjoy."
