Bi (Grace)
Today someone needs to hear a word about Grace. We hear a lot of references to this word in our lives. People say "she moves with grace", or she is graceful. Or He is grace under pressure or give yourself some grace. I'm sure you are think of many sayings and phrases that include the word grace, but what is grace or having grace?
When you lose your way,
life always hands you a map that says: 'you are here.'
There is a saying: "Untangle the knots and soften the glare." If we go through our lives always expecting to find difficulty, waiting for the next shoe to drop, most likely we will find it. When things go wrong in our lives it is an opportunity to learn to adapt, to make changes that better fit in with the changes we perceive around us. It is a time to connect with the light within.
Grace is an attitude of Acceptance that radiates outwardly as joy regardless of what is unfolding around you. Free yourself from worry and the anxiety that comes from the difficulties you are facing and accept what is with joy. It you comes to terms with life with an attitude of acceptance you will discover more and lose less.
Bi teaches that you must cultivate Love, love of self because when we love ourselves we become more loving.
Bi teaches that you must cultivate Acceptance, to accept what is and do so with joy. When you begin to walk in life without preconceptions of what should happen or what shouldn't happen you find true freedom. You open to the potential of Grace.
If circumstances in your life are less than favorable, turn within and release your expectations, take a breath and return to the moment with joy and acceptance. Understand that this is an opportunity for Grace.
The ultimate message of Bi is to look for the silver lining in adversity.
