Today there will be no throw of the iChing. We have spent the last seven day opening ourselves to the wisdom that the universe has spoken to us.
We started with the Bi(Grace) learning that we need to give ourselves grace, to look for grace in our lives, and finally to move through life with grace even when under pressure. Our first message was to always look for the silver lining in life.
Then we received the message of Tun (Retreat) and learned that we are in control and we have no need to prove ourselves through conflict. We learned that we may need to take a few steps back to go miles forward.
Then the universe spoke to us about Zhong Fu (Inner Truth) and our commitment to speaking and owning our truth. The universe invited us to align ourselves with that core truth that lives within us.
So three days and the messages the universe has given us have been about our perspective and what happens when we choose the right path.
When the fourth day came, the universe began to turn our attention to how we should respond to the world and life.
We threw the symbol Feng (Abundance) and the universe encouraged us to keep an open heart. To participate in the give and take of life knowing that whatever we give away will return to us.
On the fifth day Meng (Youthful Folly) comes to show us the way to success comes through failure and learning how to bounce back from it.
On the sixth day Shih (Army) comes to draw us back into the arms of our comrades with the caution not to forget who we are at our core.
And finally on the seventh day Lu (Treading) sends us out into the world on our path with the challenge to be steadfast and greet our road with optimism and joy.
Today I ask you to meditate on these 7 days of wisdom and whisper your resolve to make them part of you as you continue your journey through life.
Thank you for reading my words today and I hope that you will have peace and joy on your journey through life!
