18. Finally

Seohyun's POV

"Umm, do you have a boyfriend?" he asked.

I was shocked and said, "Haha, what? no!!"

"Ah, thank god.."

Did he just say "thank god"?

"Uh, what do you mean by 'thank god'?" I asked. 

"N-nothing.." he said.

"Do you have anyone in your mind right now?" he asked.

And the first person that came into my mind was...

Beomgyu.

"... Yes.." I said.

I noticed Beomgyu stopped walking, and I looked at him when he asked, "Who?"

It's definitely not the right time to say.

"Secret!!" I smiled and walked ahead of him.

I was walking ahead but I didn't see Beomgyu beside me, I looked behind and saw he was looking down and I shouted so that he could hear me, "Yah!! Beomgyu, come on!!"

"Huh? Yeah, I'm coming!!" he said and ran towards me.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing." he said while looking down.

I was curious if he had a girlfriend or something. 

Should I ask him?

Well, I should because even he asked me.

"Hey, do you have a girlfriend?"

"What? no." he laughed.

"Wait, really?" I asked.

He nodded.

Then I might have a chance with him...

"Well, do you have someone who you wanna confess?" I asked.

He thought for a while and said, "Yupp." he smiled.

Never mind.

"Can I know who it is?"

"Secret!!" he smiled.

Bruh ok sure.

TIME SKIP

It was nearly 11:30, and we didn't even notice the time.

I actually had a lot of fun with him.

We knew about each other even more and were cracking jokes all the time.

It feels like I've been laughing after so many years.

It was indeed fun.

Beomgyu's POV

I think I like her even more now...

SHOULD I CONFESS NOW?!?!

OR AFTERWARDS?!?

AHHHH!!

"Seohyun!!" I called her without even thinking twice.

"Yea..? she said confusingly.

"I wanna say something!!"

"I like you..." I closed my eyes and finally said.

I breathed out and opened my eyes slowly and saw her reaction was as if she had seen a ghost. 

Shit, this is gonna be embarrassing.

Did I just hear it right?

Did he just confess to me?

Did he just say he likes me?

I was blank, and my reaction was as if I've seen a ghost.

I had no idea what to say.

"Listen, I know you don't feel the same way, and that's okay."

"And, you might be thinking that I said yes because I have someone who I wanna confess and you already know now...It's you." he said.

I was still looking at him, shocked.

He sighed, "it's ok. You don't need to say anything. I know it's stupid to have a crush on someone whom you just met a few days ago." he said while looking down.

"Anyways, let's go now it's getting late." he said and started walking.

I was still shocked.

I actually didn't expect that he would like me back!!

And, the worst part is I just made him sad!!

Should I tell him that I like him too?

You know what, who cares?

"Uh, Beomgyu!!" I fianlly called him.

He looked behind and said, "Yea?"

I walked towards him and asked, "You remember when you asked me about the person who's there in my mind right now?"

He nodded.

I took a deep breath and said, "It's you..."

He widened his eyes and asked, "WHAT?!?!"

I laughed while looking at his reaction and said, "Yea, I like you too!!"

He smiled widely and hugged me.

I smiled and hugged him back.

He broke the hug and asked, "So, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Suree!!" I said.

He smiled and hugged me again.

Beomgyu's POV

"You remember when you asked me about the person who's there in my mind right now?"

I nodded, getting confused.

"Well, it's you..."

I widened my eyes and said, "WHAT?!?!"

I can't believe it!!

MY MOM WAS RIGHT!!!

She laughed and said, "Yea, I like you too!!"

I smiled and hugged her.

After a few seconds, I broke the hug and asked her, "So, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Suree!!" she said.

I smiled and hugged her again.

I've never felt so happy in my life.
