The next morning, the atmosphere in the cabin was thick with anticipation. Everyone was on edge, but the simmering tension was now channeled into a shared resolve. They knew what they had to do, and today, they'd begin to set their plan into motion.

Enna was in the living room, going over the map again, this time marking possible locations where the shadows might strike next. Her mind was racing with strategies and backup plans, but there was always that lingering doubt—what if they were walking into a trap?

Kevin walked in, his usual cocky demeanor slightly subdued. He glanced at Enna, noticing the lines of worry etched on her face. "You okay?" he asked, his voice softer than usual.

Enna didn't look up. "I'm fine," she replied curtly, her focus never leaving the map.

Kevin frowned. "Look, I know this is a fucked-up situation, but we're in it together. Don't shut us out."

Enna finally looked up, meeting his eyes. "I'm not shutting anyone out, Kevin. I'm just trying to keep us alive."

Kevin opened his mouth to respond, but before he could say anything, Violace stormed into the room, a scowl on his face. "We need to move," he snapped. "Sitting around here is driving me insane. I say we hit them hard, make them fucking regret coming after us."

"Calm the hell down," Kevin shot back. "We're not just charging in there without a plan."

Violace narrowed his eyes. "And what's your brilliant plan, Kevin? Sit on our asses and wait for them to kill us?"

"Both of you, knock it off," Enna said, her voice cutting through their argument. "We're not fighting each other. We're fighting them. So how about you both shut the fuck up and listen for a second?"

Violace and Kevin exchanged a glare, but neither said another word.

"We have to be smart about this," Enna continued, her tone firm. "We lure them out, and when they come, we hit them with everything we've got. But we do it on our terms."

Violett entered the room, her expression unreadable. "And what if they don't take the bait? What if we're the ones walking into a trap?"

"We're not idiots, Violett," Enna replied. "We'll have backup plans. And backup plans for the backup plans."

"Shit, sounds like you've got it all figured out," Violett muttered, but there was no malice in her voice—just a weary acceptance of the situation.

"We're gonna need everyone on board for this," Willow said as she joined the group. "No half-assing it. We go all in, or we don't go at all."

Ethan, who had been quietly observing from the corner, finally spoke up. "I'm in. Whatever it takes."

William nodded in agreement. "Same here. We've faced worse before. We can handle this."

Amy, who had been leaning against the wall, her arms crossed, uncrossed them and stepped forward. "I'm ready too. Let's do this."

"Alright," Enna said, her voice steady. "We move out at dusk. We'll set the trap, and when they come, we'll be ready."

As the team began to prepare, there was a renewed sense of purpose among them. The fear and uncertainty were still there, but they were overshadowed by a fierce determination. They were ready to fight, to protect each other, and to make sure the shadows didn't win.

Later, as they gathered their gear and prepared to leave the cabin, Violace caught up to Enna. "You sure about this?" he asked, his voice low.

"No," Enna admitted. "But it's the best shot we've got."

Violace nodded. "Then let's make it count."

Enna smiled, a rare flicker of warmth in her otherwise serious expression. "Yeah. Let's make them regret ever fucking with us."

With that, the team headed out into the night, ready to face whatever came their way. The shadows were waiting, but so were they, and they weren't going down without a fight.
