As Taehyung and Y/N disembarked from their flight and stepped into the bustling airport, they were filled with a mix of excitement and nostalgia. Their trip to Japan had been magical, but returning home meant they were about to dive back into the rhythm of everyday life and share their joyous news with those they loved.

The airport was alive with the usual hustle and bustle of travellers, the announcements over the PA system, and the distant sound of rolling luggage. Taehyung and Y/N made their way through the terminal, their hearts light with the anticipation of what was to come.

As they approached the baggage claim area, Y/N spotted familiar faces in the crowd. Her eyes widened in surprise as she recognized Jimin, Jungkook, and RM standing near the luggage carousel, their faces lit up with excitement.

"Taehyung, look!" Y/N exclaimed, tugging gently on his arm.

Taehyung followed her gaze and broke into a wide grin. "I can't believe it! They came to greet us!"

Their friends spotted them and immediately rushed over, their faces beaming with joy.

"Welcome back!" Jimin called out, his voice full of enthusiasm. "We couldn't wait to see you both!"

Jungkook joined in, his energy infectious. "How was the rest of your trip? We've missed you guys!"

RM, always the calm and supportive presence, gave them a warm smile. "It's so good to see you. We wanted to be here to welcome you home."

Taehyung and Y/N hugged their friends, their hearts swelling with happiness at the unexpected welcome. The airport, with its frenetic energy, seemed to momentarily fade into the background as they shared this heartfelt reunion.

"Thank you for coming to meet us," Y/N said, her voice filled with emotion. "It means so much to us."

Jimin laughed, his eyes twinkling with amusement. "We wouldn't have missed it for the world. Besides, we have to hear all about your engagement!"

Jungkook nodded enthusiastically. "Absolutely! We're dying to know every detail."

Taehyung and Y/N exchanged knowing glances, their smiles widening. They couldn't wait to share their experience with their friends, recounting the proposal and the magical moments they had shared.

As they made their way to the exit, Taehyung and Y/N's friends led them to a small corner of the airport where a surprise celebration awaited. A table was set up with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, balloons, and a small cake adorned with "Congratulations" written in elegant script.

Jimin grinned as he gestured to the setup. "We thought we'd celebrate your engagement properly. You deserve it!"

Y/N's eyes filled with tears of joy as she took in the thoughtful gesture. "This is so beautiful. Thank you, everyone."

Taehyung put his arm around Y/N, his heart full of gratitude. "You guys are amazing. We're so lucky to have you in our lives."

They spent some time enjoying the surprise celebration, toasting with sparkling juice and sharing stories from their trip. The airport, with its bustling crowds and constant movement, became a backdrop to their intimate moment of joy.

As they gathered around the table, Taehyung and Y/N took turns recounting the highlights of their trip. They described the serene cherry blossom grove, the emotional proposal, and their favorite moments from their time in Japan.

Jimin listened intently, his eyes wide with fascination. "It sounds like a dream come true. I'm so happy for you both!"

Jungkook added, "The proposal sounds absolutely perfect. I wish I could have seen it!"
