Gu Wei was surprised when they arrived at the parking lot, as he knew Yibo had only hitched a ride with them earlier. "Whose car is that?" Gu Wei asked. "I stole it," Eros replied shortly, opening the car door. Gu Wei shot him a sharp look. "I'm just kidding, hehe. I called one of my bodyguards to bring my car here since I thought you wouldn't give me a ride home," Eros explained.

"At least you have some sense," Gu Wei said, getting into the car. As soon as Eros got into the car, Gu Wei immediately asked where they were going. Yibo's only reply was, "It's a secret. Don't worry, I don't eat people... unless you want to offer yourself," he teased. "You're really good at joking around," Gu Wei replied, turning to look outside. As he gazed out the window, his phone suddenly vibrated. Thinking it was an important message, he quickly opened it.

"The incident at the amusement park has gone viral. I'm saddened that things have come to this," Gu Wei read, closing his eyes and sighing deeply, which made Eros glance at him. "Is something wrong?" Eros asked with concern, but Gu Wei didn't respond. "She'll have to pay for what she's done to me, and she won't escape it," Gu Wei thought.

Elsewhere, Liying fainted again and was rushed to the hospital. While lying in her ward, a doctor approached her with a smile. "Hi, Ms. Xiao, how are you?" the doctor greeted, but instead of answering, Liying raised an eyebrow at the doctor. "MRS. WANG," she corrected. "Ahh, okay, Mrs. Wang. By the way, I have some good news for you," the doctor said, still smiling.

Liying gave the doctor a sharp look, prompting the doctor to speak quickly. "Mrs. Wang, did you know that you're two months pregnant?" the doctor said, smiling. Liying's eyes widened in disbelief.

Meanwhile, Yibo's phone beeped, indicating a message. While driving, he read the message and abruptly hit the brakes. The sudden stop caused Gu Wei's forehead to hit the dashboard. When Eros looked at him, his eyes widened in shock as he saw blood on Gu Wei's forehead. He immediately dropped his phone and moved towards Gu Wei, but before he could touch him, Gu Wei slapped his hand away.

"Are you trying to kill me?" Gu Wei asked angrily, wiping the blood from his forehead. "Sorry, sorry, sorry! I didn't mean to!" Eros apologized, his concern evident on his face. "I'll take you to the hospital," Eros said, preparing to drive again, but Gu Wei spoke up.

"Let's just go where we're supposed to. I won't die from a small wound," Gu Wei said, taking a handkerchief from his pocket and pressing it to his forehead, then looking back out the window. "I'm really sorry," Eros said sadly.

"Stop apologizing; that won't erase my wound," Gu Wei replied, closing his eyes. Eros glanced at him and then looked at the message.

"Why don't you have a DNA test for your child with Liying and the one with Zhan without your wife finding out?" Eros glanced back at Gu Wei, who still had his eyes closed, and tried to call the number, but it was no longer reachable. He tried several times but couldn't get through, so he decided to start driving again. Before heading to their destination, he stopped to buy medicine for Gu Wei's forehead.

Gu Wei raised an eyebrow when he felt the car stop and glanced at Erod, but all he saw was Yibo's back as he ran off. A few minutes later, Eros returned with a paper bag. He approached Gu Wei to clean his wound. "I'll just clean it up to avoid infection," Eros said, but Gu Wei looked away.

"I don't get infections," Gu Wei said seriously, causing Yibo to laugh. Gu Wei glanced at him but said nothing. "If I were prone to infections, I wouldn't be here with all the wounds I've had," Gu Wei thought. Lost in his thoughts, he didn't even realize that Yibo had already placed a band-aid on his forehead.

"There, all done," Eros said and continued driving. As Yibo drove, the route became increasingly unfamiliar to Gu Wei, making him nervous, especially since they seemed to be heading out of the city. "Where exactly are you taking me?" Gu Wei asked, glancing at Eros. "To a place where I can have you all to myself," Yibo replied with a grin, earning a sharp look from Gu Wei.

"I know you saw what happened to me at your house. If you don't want that to happen again, don't do anything against my will," Gu Wei said, his voice betraying a hint of fear despite his firm tone. Though he didn't want to bring up what happened at Yibo's house, since Yibo hadn't asked, he had no choice but to remind him, fearing that something might happen again that would make him lose control and panic.

"I promise I won't do anything bad to you," Yibo said with a smile. Gu Wei sighed in relief, especially since Yibo seemed to ignore what he said about what happened at his house—something Gu Wei wasn't sure how to address.

"We're almost there," Eros said. Gu Wei looked around and then back at Yibo. They were in a small village. "Who are we visiting here?" he asked. "This is my house, hehe. I come here when I don't want to see Liying's face and need to get away from my problems," Yibo said with a smile, though Gu Wei noticed a hint of sadness in his voice, so he said nothing more.

Soon, they stopped in front of a modest house nestled among other homes. "We're here," Yibo said as he got out of the car and opened the door for Gu Wei. "Welcome to my house," he said with a smile, taking Gu Wei's hand and leading him inside.

The house was made of wood, and though it looked small from the outside, it was surprisingly spacious and clean inside. "It seems like you're here often," Gu Wei observed. Eros looked at him. "Actually, I stayed here for several months, but I returned to the city when my parents' anniversary was approaching," he explained, telling Gu Wei to sit while he got some water. "And the reason it's clean, even though I haven't been here for days, is that I pay someone to clean it," Eros added.

"If you're here often, what about your family and your company?" Gu Wei asked curiously. "Liying and I are always fighting, so I’m the one who avoids her. As for my company, even when I'm not there, I know everything that's happening. But if there's an important meeting that can't be handled via Google Meet, I go to the office," Eros said, handing Gu Wei a glass of water.

"Ah, but why did you bring me here?" Gu Wei asked. Yibo smiled at him. "I just wanted to be with you. You know, you should be grateful that I'm bringing you to my secret places," Yibo boasted. Gu Wei rolled his eyes.

"I was about to be impressed by you, but then you ruined it with your arrogance. You've really got a screw loose," Gu Wei said before taking a sip of water.

On the other hand, Liying smirked meaningfully. "Let's see if I can't tame you again," she whispered, gently rubbing her belly, which didn't yet show signs of pregnancy. She reached for her phone to call Yibo, but she couldn't get through. "Don't tell me he blocked me," she muttered angrily, remembering that Yibo and Gu Wei had been together before they left.

Her hands trembled with rage, and she thought of calling Lay, but there was no answer. "Ahhhhhhh!" she screamed in frustration.

Elsewhere.  "Is there something you'd like to eat?" Eros asked. Gu Wei shook his head. "I'm not hungry yet. Where's your room? I need to rest for a bit," Gu Wei said, feeling a slight headache but not mentioning it to Yibo. Yibo pointed to a room near the kitchen, and only then did Gu Wei realize that the house had only one bedroom. He raised an eyebrow at Eros, but instead of being intimidated, Eros just smiled at him.

As Gu Wei entered the room, he took a step back, startled by a picture of Eros with Ebisu near the bed. He glanced at Yibo, as if asking what it was, and Eros seemed to understand. "It's a picture," Eros teased. "Yeah, right, don’t give me that look. I put it there so I wouldn't forget his face."

"What do you mean by that?"

"Just get some rest," Eros replied, ignoring Gu Wei's question. "If you want to change clothes, you can pick something that fits you from the cabinet," Yibo added, then kissed Gu Wei's forehead before leaving the room. Before Gu Wei could protest, the door had already closed behind Eros.

While looking at the closed door, he couldn't help but think of what Yibo said.
"I put it there so I wouldn't forget his face."
