I am trying to clear out my drafts and I have just deleted chapter 23 like an idiot.
A quick summary of the chapter until I write it again 🤦🏽♀️
- Alec arranges to have Max's Rune ceremony at Magnus's.
- Alec takes the twins to deliver the invitations and Maryse is very distressed about it being at Magnus's and has comments about the twins.
- Eventually she comes around and agrees to go. She brings the girls matching necklaces as a sign of an apology for earlier.
- Alec, Logan the twins and everyone head to the rune ceremony.
- Everyone starts misinterpretimg others actions for some weird reason (what could it be?).
- There are a few confrontations due to this between Alec and Logan about Magnus and Clary and Alec about him killing Jocelyn.
- Alec let's the negativity get to him and climbs onto the edge hearing Clary and Logan encouraging him.
