The young woman, with her long dark brown hair and specs securely in place, was writing the notes given by the English teacher in her book, seemingly immersed in the task at hand. Amidst the noise of the classroom, her attention was briefly drawn to her benchmate, Ann, and a new kid seated nearby. In her periphery, she caught a glimpse of a hand resting on Ann's shoulder, but upon turning her gaze, there was nothing. Puzzled, she shook off the sight and refocused on her writing.

It wasn't the first time this had happened. Just a few days ago, she had witnessed something similar but brushed it off. She saw Ann talking to someone else but looking , there wasn't anyone but her and Ann. The incidents were becoming more frequent, leaving her puzzled and slightly unnerved.

As the school bell rung, signaling the end of the class, she couldn't help but reflect on the strange occurrences that had been affecting her. Closing her book, she pushed aside her worries, attributing them to stress and late night horror movie seeings.

With the upcoming exams causing tension among students, she tried to convince herself that her mind was playing tricks on her. Nevertheless, the eerie feeling of being watched persisted, casting a subtle sense of anxiety over her preparations for the upcoming forest camp.
