Title and Cover: The title makes the book seem way more innocent then it actually is lol. I think the cover is good especially for just a oneshot. Good job.

Grammar and Spacing: I have read many oneshots with the WORST grammar. It's actually so bad because why is smut either written by a 1st grader or by the worlds most renowned novelist. I would say your closer to the novelist lol. You make your paragraphs a good length as well.

Plot and Characteristics: SO SPICY OMG!!! I don't think felix would be like that at all in real life lol, but still good smut. I prefer this then to the stuff in "A Court of Thorns and Roses" by Sarah J Mass.
Honestly with your writing skills, you should totally write a legit book! Not a fanfic, but your own book. It would be hard to create characters and a whole world, but learning how to do that is soooo much easier than learning how to have good writing skills. Maybe write a BL. If you do I support you all the way! If you want ideas I can help ya out there too.
Anyway got off topic. The plot is good, never read anything about therapy smut. The use of the fluffy toy was a little kinky lol. I personally don't like the use of bdsm or real freaky stuff and I think you had a good balance between normal sex and freaky sex (not that sex isnt ever freaky lol)

Worldbuilding: You can't really do much with this one since it's one chapter, but you do a good job at explaining your surroundings. Again, not really a world to build when it's a oneshot lol.
