3 - The begging of the Rivalry

At 17, Kim Taehyung and Jeon
Jungkook were already infamous rivals at their prestigious school. Their families' enmity ran deep, and it was no surprise that the two youngest heirs were constantly at each other's throats.

Jungkook stormed across the field, his eyes locked on Taehyung, who stood smirking near the goalpost

Jungkook: "Motherfucker, how dare you play foul on our team?"
Taehyung: (scoffing) "Bitch, you're just a loser. Accept that.

Their confrontation escalated quickly, and it took several students to pull them apart before a full-blown fight broke out.

The Frame-Up

The rivalry took a dark turn when Jungkook framed Taehyung for stealing the final exam question paper.
Taehyung was hauled into the principal's ofice, and a fierce argument erupted in the meeting hall. The tension was palpable as their fathers were informed, and the feud between the families threatened to spill over into violence.

Later that night, in a fit of revenge, Taehyung sneaked into Jungkook's dorm room and, with a quick snip, cut a chunk of his hair. Jungkook woke up to find Taehyung standing over him, scissors in hand,
Jungkook: (furious) "Bastard, l'm going to kill you!"
Taehyung: (smirking) "Yeah? Do it. My dad will burn your clan to the ground.
They lunged at each other, a vicious ight breaking out, only to be separated by a group of students.

Breaking Point

The next day, Jungkook made fun of Taehyung's closest friends, pushing Taehyung to the edge
During lunch, Taehyung snapped and broke Jungkook's nose with a single punch. Blood spattered across the floor as everyone around them gasped in shock.
Suga: (rushing to Jungkook's side) 'Dude, what the hell is going on? Our families are in rivalry for legit reasons but you guys are fighting over nothing!
Jungkook, holding his bleeding nose, could barely speak
Suga: (shaking his head) "Idiot".

The Threat

Jackson Kim, V's older brother. When he heard that his little brother had gotten scratches on his hands, he was furious.
He barged into the hospital room where Jungkook was being treated for his broken nose, his eyes blazing with anger.
Jackson: "How dare you hurt my brother?!"
Suga: (trying to calm the situation) "Do you see his nose?! It's broken! Your brother did that, damn it!"
Jackson took a menacing step towards Jungkook, who was too dazed to respond
Jackson: (coldly) "If you ever touch my brother again, I'Il make sure you regret it."
Jungkook stared back at Jackson, unafraid but realizing just how serious this rivalry had become.

The Return to School

Jungkook returned to school with a bandaged nose, his mind replaying Jackson's threat.He collided with Taehyung in the hallway, and their eyes locked with an unspoken challenge
Jungkook: (seething) "I swear, V, I'II get my revenge.
Taehyung: (mocking) "Really? What will you do?"
Jungkook: (eaning in close) "I would"'ve fucked you like a slut if it were anyone else. But you? You don't deserve my dick.'"
Jungkook shrugged off Taehyung and walked away, leaving Taehyung burning with fury.

Jealousy

In the canteen, Taehyung spotted Jungkook kissing Amy. He didn't understand why, but seeing them together ignited a burning jealousy inside him. He clenched his fists, his eyes narrowing as he watched them.
Later that night, Taemin, approached Jungkook

Taemin: "Kook, someone's looking for you on the terrace.
Jungkook: (confused) "Me? Who could it be?"

Confrontation on the Terrace

Jungkook made his way to the terrace only to find Taehyung waiting for him He turned to leave, but Taehyung blocked his path.
Taehyung: "Why am I not worth your dick, Jungkook?
Jungkook: (exasperated) "Are you insane? Look, bitch, I'm done with our fight. I'm leaving this for good.
Taehyung fell silent, and Jungkook sighed in frustration, but his eyes soon turned red as his Alpha instincts started to take over.

In the dark confines of a car parked near a club, Jungkook and Taehyung were locked in a heated kiss, their hands roaming each other's bodies. The rivalry, the anger, it all seemed to fuel their passion.

Jungkook began dressing, but a click echoed in the car, and he turned to find Taehyung pointing a gun at his head.
V: "You'll take me with you".

The Drive to the Godown

As Jungkook drove, he couldn't help but glance at Taehyung, who now looked like a sulking kid who had been denied candy. The tension between them was thick, but there was also an odd familiarity, a strange comfort in each other's presence.
Jungkook: (calmly) " you need to stop this crazy attitude. I've been tolerating you since we were 17."
y: (coldly) "Who told you to tolerate me? Your Alpha came to me first."
Jungkook: (gritting his teeth) "Bitch, you seduced me. I still hate you.
V: (scoffing) "Me too. Who told you I love you?"

They arrived at a deserted godown, where Park Bogum, a private detective, was waiting for Jungkook

Park Bogum: (nervously) "Hey, Jungkook. Why is he here?"
Jungkook: "You don't need to know. Show me the results".

Taehyung watched as Jungkook's expression turned to panic while reading the paper Bogum handed him.
V got out of the car, walked toward them, and, without warning, punched Bogum in the face.
Bogum: (stunned) "Holy shit, dude! What the hell?!
V: (snarling) "One last word before I kill you.''

Taehyung started beating Bogum mercilessly until Jungkook's voice cut through the haze

Jungkook: (yelling) "Taehyung... Taehyung... KIM TAEHYUNG!"

V stopped, breathing heavily as he looked at Jungkook, who was now crying.

V: (confused and worried) "Why the hell are you crying?

Jungkook handed him the paper, and as V read it, he slowly began to understand,
The paper revealed that V shares 60% DNA with Jungkook's father and Jungkook shares 62% DNA with his own father. Neither of them belonged to their so-called families.

It was either someone betrayed both families, or the families were betraying them.

PRESENT
