Irene’s Boutique
Inside the boutique, Irene and Jackson are surrounded by luxurious outfits, but Jackson groans, sinking back into a chair. “This is the 13th outfit, I’m exhausted. Why does it have to be so perfect?”
Jhope , who’s sitting in a fitted suit, looks at him like he’s ridiculous. “Your wedding needs to be perfect, even if it’s private at the Kim mansion. Besides, you should look amazing for once.”
In the couch, Jinyoung, Suga, and J-Hope sit like fashion judges, critiquing every suit and dress. J-Hope chuckles, “Nope, try again,” as Jackson holds up another suit in frustration.
Jaehyun who busy in a walks in, phone in hand. “Hyung, where’s Jungkook?” he asks, casually scanning the room. Jinyoung, without looking up, gestures to the dressing area. “He’s inside selecting a suit.”
----
Inside dressing room
Jungkook and Taehyung are nowhere to be found—at least, not publicly. Inside the dressing area, Taehyung’s lips are on Jungkook’s neck, leaving red marks as Jungkook pants, his voice barely a whisper, “Tae, stop... someone might come...”
Taehyung, annoyed, pulls away slightly, “When did you become so boring, huh? You never cared before.”
Meanwhile, Jaehyun who was searching for jungkook almost steps inside but pauses when he notices what’s happening inside. He quickly turning around, and walks away.
---
After what seems like hours, they’re finally done with the shopping and came back home. Irene and J-Hope stay behind to finish up, while Jackson collapses onto a sofa, exhausted.
Taehyung storms out to upstairs, clearly in a bad mood.
Jinyoung, confused, glances at Jimin, “What’s up with him? He’s been so moody lately.”
Jimin shrugs, : “Must be his hormones changing, he has been arguing with everyone lately, dad almost wooped his ass two days ago"
Jungkook, passing by the room, overheard the conversation but chose to ignore it.
Park MansionThe rain continues to pour heavily outside the Park mansion, casting an ominous shadow over the grim situation. Mark’s remains rest in a coffin, barely recognizable. The atmosphere is thick with sorrow and anger. Taeil stands beside the coffin, his jaw clenched as he wrestles with the loss.
Suddenly, a car pulls up, and Park Seungri steps out, his coat drenched from the rain. His expression is a cold mask of grief and fury as he approaches the coffin. Taeil, sensing the weight of his father’s anger, steps forward hesitantly.
“Dad...” Taeil’s voice wavers.
Seungri doesn’t respond right away. He stares at the coffin, his voice barely a whisper, filled with rage and determination. “I want to see him... for the last time.”
Taeil hesitates, knowing there’s not much left to see, but he opens the coffin slightly for Seungri. The sight of Mark’s remains sends a ripple of emotion through the elder Park’s body. His silence is chilling, and the room feels as if it’s holding its breath.
Seungri finally speaks, his voice deadly calm. “They dared to kill one of ours.”
Seungri turns toward his son, his eyes dark with vengeance.
“What do we do now?” Taeil asks quietly, waiting for his father’s command.
Without blinking, Seungri utters
“Let’s eliminate their heart."
Kim Mansion
Inside the dimly lit room, Jungkook brushes Taehyung’s hair gently as he sleeps peacefully beside him, unaware of the danger closing in. Jungkook’s mind is a whirlwind of thoughts, replaying the events that happened in the past few months.
He remembered what Jimin had said earlier about Taehyung’s moodiness. At the time, Jungkook had brushed it off, but now he knew he needed to act quickly. Taehyung’s pregnancy was still a secret from the Park family and the outside world, and with everything spiraling out of control, he realized it was no laughing matter. They couldn't afford to take any risks.
Jungkook sighs softly, his hand lingering on Taehyung’s cheek. “You’re the heart of everything, Tae. We can’t lose you. I need to get you somewhere safe... before it’s too late.”

Midnight
Irene and Jackson sit in his car, the quiet of the night interrupted only by their conversation. Irene flips through some files, distracted, while Jackson leans back, his mind heavy with thoughts.
“Don’t you think we need to do something about Taehyung?” Irene asks, her tone serious. “We can’t let him get involved in the middle of this battle. He’s will not survive.”
Jackson nods, understanding her concern. “I know that, more than anyone else. That’s why I’ve already made plans to protect him. But we’ll have to wait until after the wedding.”
He glances over at Irene, watching her for a moment before asking, “Why do you hate relationships so much?”
Irene chuckles softly, her eyes distant. “I watched my parents be madly in love until the day my mom died. My dad... he was never the same after that. I don’t want to end up like him, Jackson. Relationships are terrifying.”
Jackson nods, empathizing with her sentiment. “Yeah, I get it. My dad’s never been the same either. Even though he doesn’t show it, he lost a part of himself when my mom died.”
For a brief moment, their eyes meet, meeting the warmth, slowly they begin to lean in, the tension between them thick. But just as their lips are about to touch, Jackson pulls back, remembering Suga’s words about Irene being a "witch."
Clearing his throat awkwardly, Jackson looks away. “Should I... drop you off?”
Irene smirks knowingly. “Yeah... let’s go.”
